Beachfront Kealia 203 è splendidamente ristrutturato con materiali di qualità e arredato e decorato con lusso e tranquillità in mente. La pavimentazione di piastrelle lucide e fresche e di colori chiari percorre tutto il condominio (anche il lanai) e una palette di colori tenui e delicati viene utilizzata come sfondo perfetto per panorami mozzafiato sull'oceano. Ti diletterà sicuramente a controllarli mentre prepari alcune delle tue migliori creazioni culinarie nella cucina completamente attrezzata. Il soggiorno dispone di aria condizionata, comodi posti a sedere, TV a schermo piatto con cavo complementare, DVD, stereo e vista sull'oceano (in inverno questo include avvistamenti di balene megattere in gioco nella baia). La spaziosa camera da letto ha una zona studio nell'alcova e un magnifico letto king-size che adorerai accoccolarsi ogni sera. The place was in a great location, the grounds are well maintained. Sunsets are fantastic, the host responds quickly. The condo seems to be well stocked. It could use some updating but really functional. The location is ideal to explore the island. The beach was great and we managed to watch whales.

The listing is accurate. The view is amazing. Access to the beach, sitting on the lawn, a sense of community with others, and Sherry responds quickly to all needs. Terry works hours cleaning the pool every day. Great experience.

Quiet and Beuatiful!

The condo was very nice. The building, pool and beach was very quiet and calm. Residents were very nice. The sun set right in front of the condo. Incredible view each night. The water on this beach is a little muddy for swimming but not a huge deal. The beach was quiet with very few people so walks on the beach were very pleasant.

We love the place and location..Coffee in the morning, watching the sun rises and sets is one of our things to do. We can’t wait to stay here again soon!

Not as described; wrong adjectives.

The marketing photos are shot with a fisheye lens, you're shocked upon entering the unit to see how small it is. I'll describe some of the features and you decide if it's a luxury unit. The white track light canisters in the living area and kitchen have yellowed in the last there decades of use. The white drapes in the bedroom are stained, apparently from rain exposure a year or two previous. The pale floor tiles really make the dirty black grout pop. The grout reaches it's pinnacle of grunge where it meets the shower and morphs into multiple shades of brown and black. Nimble feet and skinny legs are helpful when operating the bathroom door as it clears the toilet by only an inch, really. We found stepping into the shower first before closing the bathroom door was helpful. Interesting use of a bar sink for the bathroom sink, created some helpful vanity space. Pots and pans have long lost their non-stick coatings, only one was usable. The manager Sherry, told my wife the contract couldn't be broken, all the other units were the same and she was just nit-picking. Use realistic photos and accurate adjectives when marketing the property, luxury and newly renovated don't fit. All said, the grounds are well maintained and the units are thirty yards from one of the nicest sections of white sand beach on Maui. An in-service on customer relations would be beneficial for the management.

Great place to stay, good location.

Nice condo, but bathroom was tiny and hard to navigate. Bring binoculars and do some whale watching from your deck. Convenient access to restaraunts and night life. This area is very windy so pack your windbreaker.

Nice apartment for a week in Maui!

Beautiful views and great location on the beach!! Kihei is central, but not much is walking distance so I recommend renting a car if you stay here. The apartment was nice and clean, had a TV, washer/dryer in unit, and dishwasher which were very convenient, and a great little patio! Heads up it can get pretty hot in the bedroom at night.

Unit as advertised - HOT bedroom no AC

- Older building, but clean grounds - Unit as advertised, updated kitchen and bathroom - Unit is clean and kitchen has plenty of cookware. Plenty of towels, sheets, etc. - A/C unit is small and in far corner of living room, so bedroom is uncomfortable and too hot to sleep in - Beach was very close and pleasant for swimming/sun-bathing - Location is convenient for easy access to highways, but not within walking distance of stores, restaurants, etc. - Condo building is calm and quiet, mostly elderly retired couples - Unit is full of light from windows/mirrors, but lacks privacy from pool area

Fantastic Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kealia Resort. Very easy check in after a long flight as door code was provided in advance. You walk in to an amazing view of the pool and beach. We found the bed very comfortable with choice of different pillows, we slept with the windows open every night to enjoy the sound of the ocean. The beach is very private and we enjoyed many sunrise and sunsets. Unfortunately I left a souvenier behind and the owners were so kind to ship it back to me. We shared a car with another couple but the only thing about the location is if you do not have a vehicle it does not have much within walking distance to shopping/restaurants. Overall great experience thank you!
