Wow! Questo condominio ristrutturato è stupefacente e ha una vista mozzafiato da ogni stanza. Un'unità d'angolo, Kealia 404 dà gli sguardi sulla piscina del resort e attraverso il paesaggio lussureggiante, sulla bella spiaggia, e su una vista panoramica del grande blu del Pacifico! Prepara i pasti nella cucina completamente attrezzata, completamente attrezzata (è bellissima, anche drammatica), poi cenare dentro al tavolo di fronte alla finestra panoramica o fuori sulla veranda: in entrambi i casi sarai in grado di monitorare cosa succede nella baia - Barche ad alto rischio che prendono persone in avventure, surfisti, canoe con bilanciere, canoisti, canoisti. . . e in inverno, le megattere godono la loro vacanza a Maui. Puoi vederli senza nemmeno lasciare la tua base!

Il soggiorno è splendidamente decorato e arredato con un divano in pelle e un divanetto, una TV via cavo a schermo piatto montata a parete e un tavolo da pranzo a due ante sul lato della finestra. La camera da letto principale è spaziosa con un letto matrimoniale e zona studio nella nicchia; una seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, entrambi con vista sull'oceano. Il bagno è dotato di cabina doccia piastrellata e lavabo in granito. Ci sono pavimenti in piastrelle in tutto, diversi ventilatori a soffitto e un'unità AC per tenerti comodamente fresco. Amazing beach location

This is the most beautiful location and RIGHT on the beach. Hearing the ocean throughout the night is amazing!! The only downside is the second room gets warm. We set up fans to blow into there but it was much warmer without an AC. You cannot beat the views or this place. It really feels like a home and has EVERYTHING you need. The beach is empty here and a fun place to walk and play.

Breathtaking views

We loved our stay. Pros: The view from the windows is breathtaking; you can't beat it. The apartment has direct access to the beach, which was not crowded at all. The apartment is stocked with everything you may need (beach chairs, towels, kitchen supplies). The only thing you may need to bring is a cooler. It has a washer and dryer. The location is pretty convenient; it was close to all of our destinations. AC Cleanliness Cons: There was a 'fishy' smell outside when it was windy. In my opinion, it's not the prettiest part of the island. It's a great apartment if you rent a car and plan to explore the island. I would stay again.

Amazing condo, Amazing view!

I will definitely rent this condo again! Updated decor, nice sized unit. The view is spectacular. Well appointed kitchen (I prepared Thanksgiving dinner). We stayed with our adult son and felt it was spacious enough for the 3 of us.

Beautiful stay in Kihei

Amazing view and location. Only issue was the AC. We were under the impression that there was AC throughout the whole condo but there is only AC in the living room and the main bedroom. The AC in the main bedroom was not working correctly upon check-in and we let the manager know, they looked at it and said it was fine but two days later it was totally broken. It took two more days for the AC to be fixed which made the stay difficult for a few nights but overall it was a great stay. The condo was really comfortable and had great views and amenities.

Loved It!

Great location, quiet area, next to long secluded beach walk. 2 bedroom unit with oceanfront views and all amenities needed for a self contained holiday. BBQ area is my favourite of all the places we’ve stayed on Maui, right on the beach to cook and watch the sunset. Unit isn’t huge for a 2 bedroom but was big enough to manage 4 adults. Will return again.

Beautiful beach front

We had a great stay. The listing was very accurate, the unit was very clean, well equipped and the views were amazing. The beach was perfect, and just a quick trip down the stairs and 20 feet to sand. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Views

Condo was perfect for my family of 4. Beautiful view of the ocean is seen as soon as you open the front door. Coffee in the morning on the balcony is a must. A quick 5-7 minute drive to beautiful beaches and everything you need while staying in Maui. Would rent here again!

Beautiful Maui Condo

Can't really beat the central location that you get from being in Kihei. Condo was very clean, little cramped for 4 people with 1 bathroom but very livable and doable. Only real negative was the anti-family rules that the condo itself has such as children only being allowed in the pool at certain times, which happened to be in the middle of the day.

No kids allowed at the pool!!!

The Good -The view is lovely. The condo was stocked with dishes, pots and pans, spices, oils, medicines, lots of towels, blankets, extra sheets, and loads of beach toys and boogie boards. The property grounds is well maintained. The location of the condo on the island is great. It’s halfway between all the West Maui beaches and the South Maui beaches. The Really Bad -The pool—oh the pool. My 11 year old daughter wanted to swim in the pool everyday when we returned from our adventures. However…the pool had “adult time” (ages 18+) from 12-1 and 5-9 everyday. That’s the time she wanted to swim—after 5pm. It seems from 12-1 is when two old ladies who live at the condo do their “exercise” (they float around the pool a few times on pool noodles). Then, from 5-9, the pool sits empty except for the amorous couple who’d run off the two old ladies. My daughter would sit on the balcony eyeing the pool and lamenting how it wasn’t being used. Later in our stay, a family showed up, disregarded the rules and let their kids swim every night. This stung even more because we are rule followers. If you have kids who love pool swimming, maybe skip this place. Even when it was kid time in the pool, we would get a lot of side eye from the older ladies. -The pool. Did you see the pool comment? I had to mention it again because is was annoying every. single. day. If I would have know about the crazy pool rules, I wouldn’t have booked here. I spoke to several other families staying there and they said the same thing. There is also a sign entering the pool are that states no screaming, no horseplay, no big movements, no fun of any kind. Ok, I made up the the last two, but they aren’t far off. There is a sign posted that says no diving or jumping in the pool—it is for swimming only. Seriously? Apparently, one of the condo owners said this new pool rule for no kids just happened a couple of months ago (after we booked). She was completely against it (as were the managers). The condo board passed it quietly without input from other owners. How terrible. And how sneaky to not say anything to people who booked their trips prior to passing the no kids rule???

Week of relaxation

We loved staying in unit 404! The unit had amazing views and was very comfortable! Only suggestion I would make is to invest in some new beach chairs. Since the complex does not allow the lounge chairs to be used on the beach and the chairs provided we small and not conducive to lounging on the sand. Minor annoyance but worth mentioning.

The rooms views were great, this is a nice place if you want to be away from the crowd. My only question is why are locks of the bedrooms located on the the outside of the room, rather than in the inside.

Hidden Gem

I loved this place as it felt like a hidden gem. It is located right on a beautiful beach but not crowded. The description was accurate and the location was great! You can tell that there is a lot of pride/care in the overall management of the building. We saw most of Maui during our stay and this spot was my favorite as it was beautiful views and very peaceful.

Great Location

If you want to be right on the beach and have amazing views of the ocean from every room, this is the place. We enjoyed ourselves. The condo had beach toys, chairs, and towels. The only negative was the lack of proper cooling in the second bedroom, otherwise the ceiling fans in the rest of the unit worked well. This condo was also within half a mile of the best "shave ice" we've ever had, Ululani's!!! We would stay here again!

Great view, nice property, but some issues.

A thrilling view over the ocean and walkable beach at one's feet. Sherry the manager was very helpful. The property is very sunny in the afternoon, and the lanai is exposed and is never fully shady -- the biggest drawback for me. I had difficulty with climate control in the bedroom because of the airconditioner. I didn't sleep well. Excellent kitchen and washer/dryer. Just outside of Kihei -- car needed for almost everything. Bathroom sink could use effective stopper. Second bedroom is not airconditioned. I stayed a month and had a moderately good time.

Fantastic!

Overall the place was great! The only exception is that the photos need updated. The living room furniture has changed with a simple sofa and chair. Nothing to be concerned about, but noteworthy. The kitchen was superb with updated appliances and newer washer and dryer installed. The bedrooms were comfortable and all face the ocean. The property management was friendly and helpful when the garage door opener failed. They replaced it immediately. The grounds are well maintained as the crew was onsite daily doing general cleanings and maintenance. You cannot go wrong renting this property as all windows face the ocean which allow breezes to flow through. The place is steps to the beach and the pool. We rented in December for 11 nights and could not have been happier with our stay.
