Questo condominio recentemente ristrutturato sesto piano dispone di una cucina completa e una grande camera da letto principale con studio. C'è un letto king size nella camera da letto e un divano letto queen nel soggiorno. Il soggiorno si apre sul lanai dove potrete godervi la vista sull'oceano e l'osservazione delle balene invernali! Il bagno è dotato di cabina doccia. La cucina completa ha ripiani in granito, nuovi elettrodomestici e tutto ciò di cui un cuoco avrebbe bisogno. Lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità. L'unità può ospitare fino a quattro. GE / TAT: W83873144-01 / W20465480-01

Amazing apartment by the sea!

We were absolutely amazed by this apartment by the sea! Well equipped and as described on the website. This apartment is not sea front, but we still can see and hear the sea very loudly. The only inconvenient is that we could also hear the road a little bit when there was trafic. Very easy check-in process with the management team. The communicated with us before we got there and we didn't have to search for information. It definitely made our stay easier. We would definitely go back!

It’s NOT a Crowded Beach

The condo is lovely. The grounds are immaculate and the building is right on the beach. Lovely for swimming as no big waves are present. The only people on the beach are ones staying in the building, max. 10 anytime we were out. The canoe club is right next door which adds real local flavor. Sometimes traffic can be loud from the condo lanai, but not impossible to live with.

Lovely condo with mountain and sea view but close to main road and traffic noise.

The condo was really lovely inside and well stocked with everything in kitchen, sitting area and bathroom. Really loved it. Only downside was the noisy AC and ceiling fan which meant we didn’t sleep too well first few nights. This was resolved when property agent provided a portable fan.

the perfect low key location, right on the beach

this is a great place to stay, it's an older condo building but very well managed and nicely updated. The location is on a lovely sand beach, centrally located so it's easy to head out in any direction. I had zero difficulty checking in, loved the key-less entry to the unit and received great responses from the host. Better directions on how to use the tv's, (but we were'nt inside much!) and fans might be a good idea.

Great location. Beautiful view!

This place was as advertised! We booked it because of the view and we spent a lot of time in the balcony soaking it in. I saw some comments about the road being noisy and I will agree that you can hear it if you try but the sound of the ocean drowns out the road noise pretty well. Fantastic view of ocean and mountain, Great for whale watching if you are in season. The property was very well maintained especially the pool area. 10 minute walk on the beach to ABC store, Farmers Market and a Bakery that sells great coffee. Also 3 minute walk to a sandwich shop that also sells liquor. Other than that nothing immediately local, but it’s in a perfect part of the island thats a short drive to anywhere. 10/10 would return!

Perfect Location, Small, not updated, great beach

For our first time visiting Maui, we stayed here, not knowing a whole lot. Kihei seemed to be a great central location for everything we wanted to do and see. The beach on property was clean and calm, beautiful sunsets. Didn’t use the pool but there was one available. The unit itself is perfect for those who are going to stay busy, it’s small, more dated than I thought. Light switches didn’t work with lamps, and could probably use a little TLC, but overall functional, small balcony with side view of ocean. Our biggest set back was the amount of road noise at night. Everything was functional, and perfect for two people who didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Which who goes on vacation for the room? Beach access was great and nice that there’s community chairs, etc. Nice sunsets, and the building itself was calm and quiet. Close to everything you could want to do.

Wonderful spot for those who don’t like crowds

I stayed here, never being to the island before. It is right on the water. It’s a beautiful area. It’s right off the road so you do hear a little traffic but nothing that bothered me. Being right off the road it’s easy to get in and out of. Sunsets were beautiful. I spent a lot of time sitting on the deck. You do need to drive to food and such but low traffic. Overall I loved the location. I am staying in a more populated area and I miss not having all this traffic haha. Mahalo to management who were all super Friendly

Perfect Sunset View Everynight!

My wife and I really enjoyed watching sunsets from this place, and our morning coffee from the patio overlooking ocean and mountains! This place has everything you need and it's centrally located at reasonable driving distance to all attractions in Maui.

Good spot for getting to wherever you need

The place could use some remodeling and the fan isn't exactly quiet. But it is a great view on the top floor. Best location to get to the north or south side of the island. Be careful in the ocean as there are rocks, but having the beach there and not crowded is great. This unit also has an awesome parking spot right by the elevator

Couple of problems otherwise its a good property

Nice property and good central location for exploring the island. I will start by saying my wife and I have been to Maui at least once a year for over 25 years. We have family living here that we visit... We enjoyed the condo and the grounds were very nice. Our stay started with a couple of hiccups. First we arrived on a Saturday and when we arrived found out that the office was closed and the property manager was on vacation. To make matters worse we never received their normal email with instructions to access our condo (we did search our junk mail). There was a phone number on the office door to call that went to voicemail, but the voicemail was full and we could not leave a message. Then i emailed Desitnation Maui which was on our confirmation email... Then called another number, and another, and another... Finally we found some phone numbers on a board around the corner from the office in the hall near the elevator and finally got a hold of the onsite emergency person. After another half hour we finally were in the condo. My point in telling this story is that there were no clear instructions after the booking confirmation email telling us that we should expect an email with access instructions. We assumed we would be able to check in at their onsite office. The other problems cannot be blamed on the property managers. We had a defective coffee pot, one of the window air conditioners was tripped off, and the garbage disposal was jammed. When reporting these things we did receive quick responses to correct the problems. I would like to say that in the past we have been notified by property mangers before they come into our unit, but when the new coffee pot was delivered we were not notified. Overall property manager and staff were friendly and nice and condo was comfortable

Great location in Maui, unit a little outdated

The location is great! Right on the beach, center of Maui, easy access to the beaches on the south side or for trips to the east/west. We were a little concerned with the previous reviewer’s post right before we left on our trip, but we had a great experience with the management and checkin process. However, for the price, the unit needs some updating/deep cleaning. A little noisy, but we come from the city so we’re used to it and the sound of the ocean would drown out the cars most nights. At the end of the day, it was a good, comfortable place to come back to, with beautiful views, which when in paradise worked well for us. We weren’t spending a lot of time in the building anyways.

Inaccurate Property Description - Dated Condo - Poor Mgmt.

It’s very unfortunate that we have to write a review like this. After using VRBO for over 10 years we have had only pleasant experiences with accommodations. Regrettably, that was not the case this time. Unit: Our unit was #607. The road noise from N. Kihei Road is quite loud and busy. You should expect traffic noise throughout the night. Cleanliness, Overall the unit was tidy but we found the following: dirt at the bottom of an unused coffee cup in the cabinet, dead bugs behind the utensil holder, a pair of child’s underpants in the top drawer of the bedroom dresser, bedroom windows were opaque from salt air and grime so that you could not see out of them. Unit didn’t appear to have been carefully attended to in quite some time. Renovations/Updates: This unit has not been updated as stated by the VRBO description. The bathroom is dated with faux marble counter top, plastic walk in shower and dated closet mirror where the track is rusting (1980’s decor). Tile throughout the unit is old; grout is dark from dirt. Molding around the house has dark soot in the grooves. Several electrical outlets were not working. The kitchen cabinets are quite worn in many areas. The kitchen is not fully equipped; i.e. only one wine glass and one martini glass. The bed was comfortable yet linens are old, fraying and threadbare. The bed linens need replacing. Management/Building: Twice during our stay the building elevator didn’t work. **Interesting story; when we inquired about the requirements for departure, the manager thought we were vacating the property (we paid for 7 nights). We were gone 2 nights to attend a wedding. We returned to find someone had been in our unit, thrown away our food and cleaned unit. When I told mgmt she didn’t care at all that we were inconvenienced or food thrown away. All correspondences with mgmt were curtly replied to without addressing our names, an “aloha” or inquiry if we were enjoying our stay. Again, we have not given a negative review in 10+ years with VRBO. We also have had a beach property of our own through VRBO and understand challenges of meeting renter’s expectations. This property should represent itself accurately and mgmt should raise their standards and professionalism at this property.

I will be coming back to this place

I absolutely loved it here. Amazing view every morning. It had everything we needed. I loved the location so much. Very Quiet and the locals are friendly. And not far from anything we wanted to do. This place was so just perfect for us. It was clean overall except when I went to wash my dishes there were dishes in the dishwasher from I assume the last person and they were not clean. There was very nasty food that was petrified to the dishes. I’m sure it was just forgotten about. I scrubbed them and went on my way. Everything else was great and I will definitely come back here.

Beautiful views and value for the money

Great property in central location to get around the island. A couple issues with check-in - never got instructions to get into the unit from the property manager and was accused being disorganized when I had to call the property. Thankfully, it was resolved quickly. The apartment itself was exactly as described and had everything we needed in the kitchen and a really comfy bed. Definitely could have been cleaner, though. Overall, we are really happy. The beach and pool were great!

Very nice location. Great views from the balcony.

We truly enjoyed everything about the place. Walks an Sugar beach, watching the whales from the balcony, they even have beach chairs and a boogie board available for use. And activities by the pool. We could get everywhere we wanted to go easily because of the very central location. I could really see myself living here.😄. Thank you for a great time. We’ll be back.
