  • Le bellissime spiagge sono a breve distanza! Cammina facilmente fino a Kamaole Beach Park III dall'altra parte della strada o scegli di sdraiarti nelle due piscine del resort e nelle vasche idromassaggio. Goditi anche la vicinanza con il fascino e le offerte di Wailea.
    Maui Kamaole # I-116 è di 1039 piedi quadrati con un ampio soggiorno, una zona pranzo e una cucina rinnovata. La splendida vista sull'oceano è ampia e include una splendida vista sulle maestose montagne del West Maui. I-116 è il luogo perfetto per creare bellissimi ricordi su Maui per te e una persona cara!
    Questo bellissimo condominio è stato completamente rinnovato di recente e presenta arredi e accenti di lusso in tutto. Ci sono due condizionatori d'aria a sistema diviso e ventilatori a soffitto per un comfort extra. L'appartamento è completamente piastrellato da davanti a dietro ed è di aspetto continuo dal cortile privato al lanai lato oceano. La cucina dispone di straordinari armadi in mogano massiccio e cassetti con chiusura ammortizzata, splendidi accenti di illuminazione e gli elettrodomestici più raffinati. La cucina e due bagni hanno ripiani in granito e schizzi di schiena. Il soggiorno vanta un comodo divano e divano, solidi mobili in mogano intagliato a mano e comodissimi bilancieri e poggiapiedi Ratana. Lo spazio da pranzo è rifinito con un bellissimo set da pranzo Ratana e 4 sgabelli / sedie da bar per pranzi informali al bancone della cucina. Opere d'arte a tema tropicale che attirano l'attenzione sono ovunque ed è bilanciata da ulteriori piante e fiori tropicali paesaggistici che circondano il lanai e il cortile privato. La camera da letto contiene più bel mogano intagliato a mano nel letto king-size, comò e comodini. I nuovissimi bagni sono piastrellati e dispongono di lavandini di lusso in vetro. Il condominio ha una TV a schermo piatto da 56 pollici e un lettore DVD nel soggiorno e una seconda TV da 37 pollici nella camera da letto. Un parcheggio designato per il condominio è situato proprio di fronte all'unità.
    Nel complesso, I-116 sarà un super gateway e una base di partenza per le vostre vacanze a Maui. Maui e il condominio I-116 sono entrambi "No Ka Oi", il migliore! Nota: per questa unità è richiesto un deposito cauzionale rimborsabile di $ 300.

Super Clean and Well Kept

This was a great property, just as advertised. A short walk to the beach and amazing green space to watch the sunset. Great location, short distance to some great restaurants.

Great unit

This was a super clean, well updated unit with great ocean views. Nicer than many hotels we’ve stayed in. So much space for 2 people! Would definitely seek this unit out to stay again. We’ve stayed in 2 other Maui Kam units and this one was for sure the nicest. Only complaint is the property manager company makes you open a file on a desktop computer or download an app if you’re doing it from your phone. They should have a mobile optimized site, it’s bizarre to download an app for a short term rental when you forget to open something on desktop before your trip.

When we arrived, there was a puddle in the kitchen caused by the ice maker in the fridge. It was quickly resolved/repaired after a call to Maui Rentals. We were advised prior to arriving that the washer was out of service and waiting for a part. The property mgt kept us apprised of the status, and provided overnight laundry service picked up and delivered to address the inconvenience.

Fantastic Condo

The size, the furnishing and kitchen utensils, etc.,, the more private and tropical feeling on the lanai, and the relative quiet and privacy as compared to most Hawaii condo rentals. Maui Kamaole is a very nicely maintained property. And the unit is managed by an outstanding, and exceptionally responsive team, Maui Rentals. During our stay, the bedroom air conditioner wasn’t operating effectively. I informed them, and the unit was replaced within two days. We highly recommend this unit. We’ve rented in Maui for the past ten years in different parts of the island. For price, beauty, and location to beaches, this is our favorite. Enjoy!!

Maui Kamaole Unit I-116 - Look for Better Options.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have visited Maui Many times over the past 40 years and Stayed at a wide variety of Condo's and Resorts.This unit was generally clean and neat. However, mold was found on the refrigerator door and main shower door, as well as a lot of dust in various places throughout. The Bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy as well. This unit is on the ground floor and the unit above can have up to six people. The pipes from upstairs run in the walls on the ground floor. We probably only slept well about 3 nights (when the unit above was temporarily vacant) of our 14 night stay due to the noise from upstairs... Doors slamming, people talking loud, toilet flushes and showers at all hours, etc. The out door furniture needs replacing and the beach gear is failing and includes a broken beach umbrella. A simple kitchen utensil (cheese grater) would have been helpful. There are 2 pools that both have Jacuzzi Hot Tubs. However, the Jacuzzi jets did not work at either pool. We let management know, but no fix during our stay.

Comfortable 2 Week stay for two

Reviewer Comments: The condo was well stocked with linens, comfortable bed, adequate kitchen supplies, air conditioning, great lighting, lovely decor, and nicely landscaped. All appliances functioning well. We did have a couple of unwanted visitors; including a couple of roaches, a giant centipede, and repeated knocks on the door from the Jehovah's witnesses. The JWs were the only visitors that really disturbed us though. The insects kinda come with the territory in the tropical environment. We had challenges enjoying the pools as they were always overrun with poorly supervised children who were throwing water toys at each other, screaming constantly, and generally running amuck. But the pretty beaches nearby were a much better option for sunbathing. We really enjoyed being a five minute drive from several amazing beaches.

Short trip

We made a short trip to Maui for our daughter's wedding. The unit was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of beach chairs and other items. Nice ocean views form the lanai. Enjoyed the a/c in the bedroom at night. We have stayed at this complex before and really like the location. The only downside to our stay which has nothing to do with the owner, is the people up above us with kids running around and it sounded like they were constantly moving furniture around at night.
