Pacific Shores B106 is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo featuring cozy, ocean inspired interiors and access to fantastic amenities and can accommodate up 6 guests. Step inside to enjoy the bright and airy main living area with Hawaiian inspired decor and furnishings throughout the condo provide a simple and laid back feel to help you relax and enjoy your Maui vacation. It has one window A/C in the living area to keep you cool. The well appointed kitchen includes a coffee maker and everything you'll need to make all your meals in house. A private lanai seats two for a great place to enjoy an evening beverage. You are sure to find ultimate comfort in both bedrooms, one featuring a Queen size bed and one featuring a full size bed. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combo. Additional guests can enjoy the Queen size pullout sleeper sofa. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. High speed internet and a large flat screen TV will keep you entertained while spending some time inside, but venturing out will also prove to be an incredible time!

Air conditioner did not cool the bedrooms. Condo needs a deep cleaning! Needs a new broom, small dessert bowls, leftover containers, oven mitts. But overaĺl it was a perfect location and the pool was great!!!. We did leave beach umbrella, sand toys and toddler water wings for the next family to enjoy. Thank you

Pros: it was close to the beach. The pool was just next door. It away from the commercial areas, so nice and quite area which what I was looking for. There were plazas that were walkable (10 mins in each direction). Cons: The A/C was only in living room so the rooms were a little warm, but okay if doors were open. Little things here and there outdated. Would stay here again.

Very pleased

I’ve been to Maui a lot and this was the only place i’ve ever been in with good A/C. Actually refreshing to walk into the room. Great location, close to everything you need to be at. Highly recommended.

April Stay

Overall we had a good stay here. The kitchen was stocked with good cookware but there was no dishwasher and no dish drying rack. The ac is a single unit in the living room so the rooms got hot at night. We also stayed during construction and they started each morning at 7am and the view that was advertised in the listing is no longer there and is blocked by the new apartments being built. It was very helpful though to have beach chairs and towels available for use.

Great Location- steps from pool and beaches

This complex is walking distance to most things as it is very centrally located and beaches are right across the street. The condo itself is right by the pool but is in a private little corner so other visitors are not walking past all the time. The condo complex is a little dated and the unit itself is getting rundown and needs a refresh but was clean and cozy and provided what you needed for a great Maui beach vacation. The noise between units is very loud and I was expecting the construction noise so that was not an issue at all. They had the pool going when we got there so that was a relief- however the hot tub was out of service completely, filthy and looks like it has been for a long time. We called the property managers for a problem and they were attentive and apologetic but did not follow thru. Our stay was generally comfortable but the little microscopic bugs all over the counter and around the sink were annoying and there was no dishwasher which was ok when there was only my hubby and I but we were forever doing dishes after the kids/grandkids arrived- and the bugs never went away. Overall, Great Location, well-stocked and cozy but for the price (more than the price in title) it was a little run down. You could probably find a 2 bdrm condo close by that is a little more updated. - We did!

Great first floor accommodations close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay here. Having a first floor unit was nice for aging parents. This unit is close to the pool and walking distance to the beach. Quick communication with the property managers as well.

Not very clean but great location still not worth the price

Location was great, they supply everything needed to go to the beach, easy and fast check in and great fast communication. Now the apartment itself is old and dirty, and a few roaches. Our bed sheets were dirty or maybe just stained either waythey need new ones. Then we found some bugs no biggie but roaches yeah we killed 3. Next the showers moldy old stained. Then the sliding door doesn’t close the lock is the wooden stick. And the unit itself not properly cleaned. Yeah they need upgrades, really clean it and stop using stained sheets then yeah the price would be fine but for now not worth the price I was charged. I do feel i was over charged.
