Aloha e benvenuti a Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums Condo B14 nel soleggiato sud di Maui! L'interno di questo condominio è TUTTO NUOVO a causa di una recente ristrutturazione completa, tra cui nuovi bagni, nuovi armadi ed elettrodomestici in una cucina completamente attrezzata, nuovi mobili in stile hawaiano, lenzuola, opere d'arte, decorazioni e molto altro ancora.

Il Kihei Sands Condominium si trova direttamente su una delle migliori spiagge di Maui, Sugar Beach. Dalla nostra piscina con vista sull'oceano e dal patio con barbecue puoi praticamente toccare la spiaggia: pulita, sabbiosa, non popolata e che si estende per chilometri in entrambe le direzioni. Quanto dista la spiaggia? Letteralmente a circa 6 piedi! Le nostre aree patio e prato sono idilliache. Goditi ogni mattina con un caffè appena preparato e ogni sera assisti a uno spettacolare tramonto mentre griglia la cena e sorseggi una bevanda.
Kihei Sands è un posto speciale pieno dello spirito di Aloha. Il nostro layout intimo offre il luogo perfetto per riunioni, fughe di gruppo, viaggi di nozze, anziani, famiglie, coppie e amici. Con 23 unità tra cui scegliere è facile trovare la soluzione perfetta per tutti nel tuo gruppo, dal numero di camere da letto (1, 2 e 3) alle configurazioni del letto.

Great place right on the beach. Unit was clean and nicely equipped. Loved the care package left on the table. The pool was nice and the extra beach toys were fun for the kids. The parking lot was very tight.

This was an amazing Condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The separate bedrooms and baths was awesome (especially with two kids). It was super clean and check-in and out was a breeze. The location was easily accessible and the beach access was extraordinary with really gentle water which was great for little kids. My family really enjoyed our stay and had a hard time leaving. I would definitely return and recommend this property to friends.

Concierge office very helpful with any questions and advice on to do and see. Helped us with phone numbers for Luau's etc. They have beach chairs, Towels, Cooler in the room and on the padio available are floatation tubes and Boogey boards. Also on the patio are a couple barbecue's if wanted or needed. Would definitely stay here again.

You get some relief in the late afternoon which is nice for swimming in the ocean. Pool is not heated but ocean is warm and pool is only slightly cooler.

We had multiple units with grandparents / family, and the small location made it easy to always find a patio table for lunch, beach chairs for lounging. The properties all had their own beach gear that we used both on this small harbor beach, and also brought with us to bigger surf beaches elsewhere on Maui. The location is perfect to either hang on the beach, but also central to Maui so you aren't far from any of the tourist spots. Fruit stands, convenience store, and restaurants all walkable from the condo. We have stayed on Maui before this trip, and would stay here again over the huge resorts elsewhere.

A Quiet Maui Retreat

We have shared a condo with another couple, adult children & have had our grandchildren along with their parents in an additional unit. We enjoy the early mornings on the lanai with a cup of coffee which is provided, watching the sunrise, watching for whales & quiet walks on the beach. There is an ABC store, a bakery and a shave ice store, farmers market & a sandwich shop all within walking distance. Any issues we have had from trouble with the TV, a broken toaster, or missing kitchenware are dealt with promptly. The staff are super friendly and are available & onsite 7 days a week. B14 is a well equipped unit, there are ample dishes, servingware, pots and pans and a good assortment of small appliances.
