Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful area, and lovely, well-appointed suite. As we were moving from PH26, we had groceries and arrangements were made to enable us to put them in the unit when we were checking out of PH26. But our request for a late check-out ran int a bureaucratic nightmare. Despite receiving an email that late check-out was available, we never were able to arrange it. A bad end to a good stay!

Above our expectations!

Once we found the elevator and figured out the A/C, the accommodations were fantastic. Ocean front, huge deck all the kitchen amenities. Exceptional value for what we got. The location was perfect. Lots of shopping and restaurants to choose from.

Worse beds ever!!!!

Great location, living area great, Balcony great. Bathrooms extremely small and dark. Beds 3ft off the floor and impossible for a 5ft person to get in. Also very uncomfortable.

We had a lot of space to spread out in this place. Tons of amenities including all of the beach equipment, which was a huge plus. It did not come with a beach umbrella, unfortunately, but I was able to rent one from the onsite renal company. It had a nice shared pool and hot tub, and there was a sauna which seem rare nowadays. We didn't spend any time at the beach and water in front of the resort but there were some people laying out and walking about. Thanks again.

Views!! End unit with great views. The unit was perfect lots of space, as we had a group of 14 (not staying in our unit lol) all fit nicely for a gathering! Would book this unit again..

Great location and community

This was our first trip to Hawaii. We loved Kihei and it’s proximity to the airport and lots of places to go and eat as well as the beaches. The condo was very clean and had fantastic views. Two things for future guests... There are two buildings, the odd numbers are in one and the even are in the other. We arrived very late after traveling for nearly 24 hours and were exhausted and couldn’t find our unit. This is something that I may have missed in the check-in info, but if it’s not there it definitely should be. Another thing is the beds are super firm, and don’t have box springs. This lead to mostly sleepless nights with back pain for my husband and I. And we are just in our 40’s and don’t have back problems. Something to consider. This alone would make me not come back to this unit. But I would be willing to go to other condos with different owners, since we loved the location.

Best view of Maui

It was our second staying in this unit and the experience was as great as the first time. Hearing the sound of the waves all day long with a fantastic view is so relaxing. Everything is there :beach, pool, bbq, rental equipment from beach chairs to paddle boards. Very quiet resort close to good restaurants in Kihei. We will come back for sure

Excellent Beachfront Corner Unit, Prime Location

We spent a week at this wonderful & expansive 5th floor 2 bd/2 ba corner unit in Kihei. The condo is well equipped, larger than expected, and more beautiful than photos. We spent a lot of time on the patio/lanai which had plenty of room with lounge chairs, a full sized table and extra chairs. The location on the island was ideal with easy accessibility to Waimea, Lahaina, and the Kaanapali Coast. Would highly recommend!!! Only recommendation would be to consider upgrading the mattresses & pillows.

Great spot in Kihei

Loved the hot tub and pool, walks on the beach to the bake shop and farmers market, condo was spacious and comfortable. Kihei got pretty windy while we were there which made the beach uncomfortable to be at. Some days were better than others but consistently windy in the afternoons.
