When you stay in a Sugar Beach condo, you’ll have access to one of Maui’s best beaches for strolling, sunning, and swimming right outside your door. Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

    Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Sugar Beach Oceanfront

We've stayed at Sugar Beach Resort five times but always in the same unit until now. While this unit is slightly dated in some ways, it was clean, comfortable and turned out to be a fine choice for our visit to Maui. This unit was managed by vacasa which did a fine job of making sure we had all the info we needed for a smooth visit, including check in and check out, and were very responsive and super easy to work with when issues came up during our stay. (The batteries were dying on the door keypad and the air conditioning for the entire resort went out after storm knocked power out for most of the island). Overall we were very happy with the entire visit and would stay at this unit again.

Fantastic Time Here

We loved the place!!! Very well maintained and appointed. Loved sitting outside watching the ocean and listening to the waves crash on shore. Great location to most places on the island. We'll be back again for sure!!!

The condo was great! The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the lenai view is just as described and the resort is amazing! The grounds keeping is on point, the staff is wonderful and kind, the ocean is steps away and the beach and water is everything you could ask for! We had an amazing stay- felt right at home the entire time! Would definitely recommend renting a car to get to the restaurants and shopping in kihei. We ventured to Lehanai and other areas, but overall Kihei was the best! No complaints and will definitely come again.. Thank you for an amazing stay and vacation!

Comfortable condo with a great view

This condo was perfect for the 2 of us for our few days in Maui. The unit was very clean and looked like it was recently remodeled. Nice bathroom tile, comfortable bed, and a great ocean view. On the 3rd floor, so less noise from folks outside and at the pool. Nice space for 2 people: sofa (cushions were too firm) and 2 chairs, an eating table and chairs, plus a small table and 4 chairs on the lanai. Kitchen had everything you would expect, plus lots of little things like sharp knives and clips for bags of chips. Easy parking and convenient to Kihei and highways to get to the rest of Maui. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient place in Maui with a great ocean view, this condo is perfect.
