* Aloha! Siamo Oliver e Kati e siamo entusiasti di invitarti nella nostra meravigliosa casa e nel tranquillo quartiere. Abbiamo completamente rinnovato questa casa per dargli l'aspetto e la sensazione che meritasse di accompagnare con la spettacolare vista sull'oceano e sul Maui occidentale. Maui è davvero un paradiso e vogliamo assicurarci che la tua vacanza sia divertente, eccitante e soprattutto confortevole. Come custodi, viviamo attraverso il vialetto in un piccolo cottage. Siamo disponibili 24 ore se hai bisogno di qualcosa, tuttavia siamo sicuri di darti tutto lo spazio di cui hai bisogno per goderti la casa.

* La brezza Kauhale è al centro di tutto! Solo 1/2 miglio, 3 minuti in auto, 13 minuti a piedi dalla nostra spiaggia preferita dell'isola, Keawakapu! C'è un sacco di spazio sulla spiaggia, parcheggio gratuito e un hotel (Mana Kai) per cibo o bevande. C'è un percorso a piedi verso sud che ti porterà alle splendide località e spiagge di Wailea, oppure a nord, le spiagge di Kamaole, i negozi e i ristoranti del centro di Kihei.

Mentre passeggi sulla spiaggia di Keawakapu, vedrai le incredibili case dei nostri vicini, Jim Carrey, Cher e altri. Forse li vedrai correre sulla spiaggia con te!

* Siamo sicuri che vorrai goderti tutte le attività che Maui ha da offrire. Ci sediamo proprio accanto a diversi resort di golf e tennis di livello mondiale. Il tennis club Wailea e i campi Wailea Blue, Gold ed Emerald distano solo 5 minuti in auto. Siamo felici di aiutarvi a effettuare qualsiasi prenotazione o tee time.

* Sei un appassionato di corsa? Siamo felici di darti alcuni consigli sui nostri percorsi preferiti, a seconda di quanto lontano vuoi andare!

* Surf, paddle boarding, snorkeling, spikeball e pallavolo sono tutti qui e abbiamo tutto il necessario per divertirti!

* Teli da mare, sedie, tavole da surf, materassini da yoga, racchette da tennis e biciclette sono tutti disponibili per l'uso senza costi aggiuntivi.

* La vista qui è assolutamente la migliore. Goditi il tuo caffè con le albe mattutine incredibilmente tranquille, o un bicchiere di vino e guarda il tramonto mentre osservi le balene saltare! (Le balene sono qui in genere da dicembre a marzo, con gennaio e febbraio il picco di osservazione delle balene)

Everyone in our party wanted adventure. None of us wanted a "sit at the beach" vacation. This house helped us accomplish that. The location was perfect - we were able to get everywhere we wanted to around the Island super conveniently and still walk to dinner! The house was convenient, comfortable, and quiet. All in all our group had a lovely experience.

Our stay in this beautiful home, overlooking the breathtaking Maui Ocean, was nothing short of Amazing. The home had lots of space for my whole family and friends, for meals or hanging out (staying in). We ate most meals in home, just because it was so nice to be there. The only time we were not there was when we went to the beach. Going to the beach was better than ever too, with all the beach equipment one could ever think of. Truly, staying at this home provided everything we needed for a great vacation.

We loved this place. The balcony with the beautiful view was our favorite part! The house fit 7 people very comfortably and you can’t beat the location. Within walking distance of a beach was awesome as well as within close driving distance to some of the best beaches of Maui. They had everything we could need to enjoy the beach and the host responded to our questions very quickly and is so kind. He even let us borrow the beach chairs and towels after check out time since our flight is in the evening. We also loved the little cat visitor we’d get sometimes, as animal lovers this was a highlight. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an awesome experience!

I can't say enough good things about this location, it was exactly as depicted and went above/beyond everyone's location. It was clean, spacious, had some complimentary items, had beach gear which was also great, and Paul was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. I would love to book again, the price was well worth it as well and the view on the deck was breathtaking.

Members of my extended family stayed here for a little over a week for my nephew’s wedding. The place was perfect for our group of 7 adults, and provided a perfect haven at the end of each day of Maui adventures. It’s close enough to everything to be convenient, and far enough from the touristy parts of town to be quiet and serene. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space for privacy for the couples at the end of the evenings as well. The hosts were gracious and helpful and the house is clean and comfortable. I will definitely consider staying here again if we’re fortunate enough to get back to Maui!

This house was great for us and our grown children. Plenty of space since we have outgrown a single condo. Beautiful views and nice location between the Wailea Strip and Kihei. We were able to easily enjoy both locales. Oliver was very welcoming and helpful

Oliver and Katie have a little slice of heaven in Kihei. My family liked that their house location borders Kihei/Wailea which ended up being very convenient for our plans. The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs and we enjoyed eating all of our meals on the deck with the ocean view. The house comes stocked with all beach and snorkel gear, too. You’ll definitely enjoy staying here!

Great stay at Oliver and Katy’s place in Kihei. We were two families, so there was plenty of space. Loved the access to all the beach equipment. Close walk or drive to so many great beaches. Nice central location in Maui. Oliver was a great host, attentive if/when we needed to ask questions.

Our family had a fantastic stay! The house was great, and the homeowners were courteous, communicative and responsive. The views from the house are amazing, and it is perfectly situated so you’re close to everything - shops, beaches, etc. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

I simply can’t say enough about the home and all the beach accessories and everyday necessities that this properties provides. It had all the big and little things that made our stay so enjoyable from a huge deck with beautiful sunset ocean views, just a short walk to the beach, beach chairs paddle boards, surf boards, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels Sunbum sunscreen and shampoo & conditioner which was a nice touch. A bouquet of beautiful island flowers and a big bowl of island fruits greeted us and we even got to make friends with the owners dog and a neighborhood cat which we loved. The owners were as accessible as you needed and replied to questions just about as fast as I could type. I can’t say enough about it! Thanks for a great stay

The number of full baths and bedding was useful to our group of 9 adults. There was room for several to make meals after trips to Safeway and Foodland, and we enjoyed all meals on the upper lanai with the view of the sun and clouds. The location is near many restaurants and several beaches, and the central location helped with planning visits to Lahaina, upcountry, or south. Oliver was responsive when we had questions regarding the house or other recommendations. Appreciated the communication and reminders leading up to the visit and during the visit. Overall the stay was wonderful and we highly recommend to others!

Amazing stay in this beautiful house! We had 7 adults in our group (5 of them came all the way from Germany to join!) and we all found the space and location to be absolutely perfect for our vacation:) All of the amenities provided were fantastic for us, and we were so sad the leave. There are not enough words of praise we could give this place!! Matt and Kati were amazing hosts and the house was out of this world! They had everything you could possibly want and need plus more. The views from the back deck are out of this world. The beds were so comfortable. The out door shower is magical. They have all the beach gear you could possibly need. They have thought of it all. Top notch Super Hosts! From the ease of check in, to making extra accommodations for our family with young kids, we couldn’t recommend this place more. It would be a dream to come back again! What can I say other than this place was absolutely perfect! I traveled with my husband and our three adult kids along with their spouses and this place met all our needs and more! Here are some of the highlights: 1. The four bedrooms with four baths. This was huge for our family because the split level and separate spaces allowed us all to feel like we had our own space. 2. The upstairs patio. When we were in the house all together, we enjoyed just sitting out in the patio. The view was gorgeous, we could literally see the whales breaching out of the water. We could also watch the sun set from the comfort of the patio couch. The weather was perfect and we even grilled some nights so it was nice to all sit around the outside table and debrief our day. 3. The beds. Sooooo comfortable!! Probably going to buy one for my own house. 4. The outdoor shower. I know, when you think outdoor shower, a hidden sanctuary may not be the first thing that comes to mind, but that’s exactly what it was. Private, but open, this little shower was an secret oasis of the house. 5. The details. This house had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, snorkeling gear, paddle boards, bathroom toiletries, sunscreen, etc. Kitchen was fully equipped and we actually cooked many nights. the place was cozy and clean with ac units in each room which allowed us all to set our own temps. All the small touches really made us feel right at home. 6. The location. Close to everything! We loved this location. Many mornings, we woke up for an early run and the neighborhood was such a great place to run around with easy walked distance to nearby beaches and even to the resort area. 7. The host! Last but not least, our host, Oliver, was AMAZING. He was super friendly, accommodating, quick to respond to any questions, and offer suggestions around town. He cared about our comfort and really wanted us to have the best time. We are so thankful to him for opening up his space to our family! In summary, if you’re traveling with a large group, DO NOT pass this place up.
