  • Aloha! Wailea Ekolu 805, un'unità al piano terra con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, presenta nuovi arredi per il soggiorno, nuovi rivestimenti per finestre e interni recentemente dipinti.
    A partire da gennaio 2019, i nuovi proprietari hanno aggiornato e apportato miglioramenti alla loro casa Maui. Dal lanai, gli ospiti godono di spettacolari tramonti Maui, meravigliose viste sull'oceano blu e passi attraverso il prato fino a una delle due piscine riscaldate sulla proprietà.
    Wailea Ekolu 805 dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito, barbecue personale sul lanai, connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità e lavatrice e asciugatrice. In ogni stanza c'è un sistema di aria condizionata split, televisore a schermo piatto e via cavo con HBO e Showtime. Sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni, boogie board, tavole da surf e teli mare sono forniti per il divertimento degli ospiti.
    Wailea Ekolu è immerso nel campo da golf Wailea Blue perfettamente tenuto e gli appassionati di tennis possono divertirsi nel Wailea Tennis Club situato direttamente dall'altra parte della strada. Una breve passeggiata di dieci minuti (o tre minuti in auto) porta alle splendide spiagge di Mokapu e Ulua, dove è possibile fare snorkeling, paddle board e kayak. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'd definitely recommend this vacation rental! We had a wonderful stay and found the home to be clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The management company was also very responsive and addressed a few of our requests promptly, which we really appreciated.The only small suggestion would be to give the outdoor furniture cushions a good cleaning, as they could use a little freshening up. Other than that, everything was great, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful experience

The condo was very nice with ocean view and shops half a mile away. Walk to beach probably a mile. Kitchen very well stocked. Toys very well stocked (games, surfboards, boogie board, books. Only negative comments; no instructions on how to operate tv and bedside lamp in guest room would be nice.

Perfect for our family

The property was exactly as advertised, a great 2 bedroom which was perfect for our family of 4. We loved having the pool steps away and the beach a short drive. The unit was very well furnished (including beach towels, chairs, cooler) and made for a really lovely and relaxing stay. We have already recommended it to friends and can't wait to stay again.

We love Hawaii. Maui in particular. We have stayed all over Wailea and had a great experience. Not only was the property team excellent, but they responded immediately. We will be back!

Great condo!

We loved the condo. Its location within the complex is very convenient - close to the shops, the beach walk and several lovely beaches. We’ve stayed at a few units in Ekolu and this was one of our favourites - it was equipped with everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and the view from the lanai is spectacular. The furnishings were great, although the lanai furniture could use an update. It’s a little noisy during the day if you’re looking for complete silence - kids playing in the pool, noise from upstairs unit - but none of that bothered us. It was really quiet at night. We’d happily stay here again.

Great Condo

Condo was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and in a great location (easy walk down to the Shops at Wailea, Akamai Coffee, etc). We loved being able to see the ocean from the lanai and our 2 year old liked being so close to the pool. Only downside is that it’s on the ground floor, so depending on who’s in the unit above, it’s either relatively quiet or like living beneath a herd of elephants (we experienced both during our week).

The location of the unit within the village was very convenient - pool right next door and a short walk to coffee shops, and other conveniences. Very near the shopping mall "Shops of Wailea", and the walk along the beachwalk past the resorts. The unit was well equipped and in very good condition overall. Rentals Maui was very responsive to the two minor problems we had, sending staff out right away to deal with the problems. We would stay there again.

2nd stay here

This unit checked all the boxes and was a comfortable stay…again. The proximity to the pool and furnishings are all pluses. I noticed that glassware and silverware were a bit more scarce than I remembered. We found ourselves using the dishwasher more frequently as a result. AC worked fine and we were comfortable when relaxing away from the sun and nearby beach. The unit has a big stock of chairs, beach toys, flippers, etc. that is all stored outside the 2nd bedroom. A no slip bath mat in the master bath cabinet made it easier for the kids while bathing. Internet worked great and the condo got great (Verizon) cell service. I’d be happy to rent this unit again.

We are from the East Coast and this was our first time in Hawaii and we were there for Christmas. We were late to book and there were limited options. Then this property popped up. I was a little worried about being off of the beach but it turned out to be an excellent location. Our teen girls (16 and 17) were able to walk to 2 different shopping areas. We rented a jeep and drove to the various beaches and always found public parking right away. The condo is close enough to the beach that we were able to walk down in the mornings to exercise. The condo itself was pretty much as advertised. The pool is nice but we didn't use it much. The community is well-maintained and quiet. Only a couple of minor things - like there wasn't shampoo or body wash as photographed in the listing and I had told my girls not to bring that so we had to make an extra trip to the store. The kitchen was adequate but lacked some useful items you might expect. We only made one dinner at the condo and that was Christmas night. We bought sushi and sashimi from the Island Gourmet and grilled Teryaki skewers. We had a couple of questions during the stay and the property manager was very responsive. We were even able to book a half day at the last minute for our red-eye flight which made things so much easier for us. I would recommend this property and feel it was a good value.

Our Maui Vacation

The condominium is spacious and provides a nice separation for my adult daughter and her friend in regard to where there bedroom and bathroom is. It offers a beautiful view of the ocean as well as the property and is very well maintained. You can walk to the Shops of Wailea easily as well as other areas. We are excited to plan our next trip!!
