“abbiamo penottato una sola notte ma siamo stati benissimo. il proprietario (come del resto tutti gli irlandesi) è stato gentilissimo, la camera bella e pulita. la prima colazione (la classica irish breakfast) abbondante e buonissima. il posto è immerso nel verde e da subito un senso di pace e tranquillità.”

“Check in was very efficient. The electronic cards to our rooms were already prepared and waiting for us. Although not new, the property was well maintained and everything worked well.
Lee was the receptionist, bartender and waitress and did an outstanding job. Our dinners in the restaurant on site were all very good. Breakfast was made to order and was also excellent. ”

“This place was so cute. I only stayed for one night but I wish I had stayed longer. Very clean and cute. You could tell a lot of love and care had been put into the decor. Everything felt cozy and homey. They even had coffee and cookies available in the room. And they provided a little binder full of hiking spots, restaurants, and things to do nearby which was very helpful. If I ever come through this town again o will definitely stay at Madeline’s. ”

“Food was the highlight.
Compliments to the chef….very tasty, creative menus
Loads of choice in bar menu and fair prices.
Wonderful array of options for breakfast.
Room with a view and bath.
Plenty towels.
Chocolates, welcome card and free drink were super bonus…WELL DONE!….means a lot!
Comfy bed, lovely linen.
Only negative was the television….is a bit small and there was very intermittent connection, but I only wanted the `News headlines, so it didn’t matter to me.

“This accommodating, family-run inn on the banks of the Avonmore and Avonbeg rivers -- the famed "meeting of the waters" is a comfortable and welcoming space in a recently refurbished inn from the late 1800s. Best for guests with access to a car, The Meetings is still very manageable without one, since the Local Link bus stops four times a day for travel to nearby Wicklow Town and other villages as well as the gorgeous Glendalough region with its famed walks and historic ruins. Evenings in the...

“Tutto ok, unico difetto è che su Expedia non era chiaro che il bagno era condiviso. Nonostante questo ci siamo adattati benissimo grazie ai servizi ben puliti”

“This was a lovely night to stay for us. We appreciated the grounds, the food and the friendly staff! We walked to town for supper after we got checked in. We would stay again for sure and loved your black dog.”
