PLUMERIA

Plumeria è situata nella bellissima spiaggia di Anini, a 3585 Anini Road, a 300 metri dall'oceano, in una zona residenziale elegante e rilassante con la più grande barriera corallina delle isole Hawaii. Il nostro numero di permesso speciale è SP-2011-23 e il nostro numero di permesso TVNC è 4234 Le attrazioni nelle vicinanze includono golf, beach petting, escursioni, vela, kayak, windsurf, immersioni, snorkeling e pesca. A pochi minuti dagli splendidi negozi e ristoranti nella pittoresca città di Hanalei e dai campi da golf nei campi di Princeville. La spettacolare Na Pali Coast offre incredibili viste dal Kalalau Trail o da una barca. Tunnels Beach offre sia lo snorkel principiante che il subacqueo esperto l'esperienza di nuotare attraverso un acquario tropicale brulicante di pesci colorati.

Plumeria ha una master suite con letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto soppalco con un altro letto matrimoniale e una tana con un futon doppio / divano. Un ampio lanai circonda tre lati della casa con un'area schermata per mangiare e rilassarsi. Ci sono due bagni, uno con vasca, oltre a una doccia tropicale all'aperto con acqua calda e fredda appartata nel giardino.

Da $ 2500 a settimana - minimo 5 notti. $ 200 pulizia e stoccaggio. I prezzi non includono la tassa di alloggio hawaiana.

We had a great stayThe porch was one of our favorite places to hang out, have our meals . Etc.It was a nice easy and short walk to the lovely beach.Communication with Bill went well.. very responsive..Some of used the outdoor shower, and we found it delightful. Also, it was a short drive to some fun and interesting places like Princeville, Hanelei, Kilauea Lighthouse and the Liamahuli Gardens.

Beautiful house. Garden was like garden of Eden with oranges, avocados, tangerines. The stream was filled with egrets and bullfrogs. This is the place to unplug and enjoy nature. Anini beach is steps away and calm a peaceful. Most relaxing vacation ever. Host was generous with towels and attentive.

Our family had a great time at Bill and Mary Ellen’s cottage. The cottage is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and a short walk to beautiful Anini Beach. Communication was great, and check in/out was a breeze. Will definitely be staying again.

Thank you Bill and Ellen!My family had a wonderful weeks stay and cannot think of a better location. Check-in was seamless.The kitchen facilities were fine. We cooked each night. Better lighting, sharp knives and enough gas in the bbq would be ideal - otherwise there is nothing to fault. We hope to return one day.

Great location and helpful hosts!

The location is great -- especially with little kids that need a calm beach. Anini Beach is the calmest on the island. Bill and Mary were both very communicative and helpful. We appreciated their generosity and support.

Our perfect home away from home on the North Shore.

For our first visit to Kauai, we couldn't have been happier with our chosen lodgings. Bill and Mary were wonderful hosts. We had a bit of a mix-up about our arrival date, but Bill was so gracious and made it work out just fine. The house is so charming and comfortable, clean and spacious. We loved waking up in the night to sound of pigs passing through the yard and waking in the morning to the sounds of the birds. Anini Beach is an easy walk from the house and the house is close enough to Kilauea and Hanalei, but not too close. Access to the west side of the island was easy when we wanted to go there, accounting for the usual Kapa'a traffic. This is the perfect home away from home for a family, and our college students loved it, and after we sent them home, it was a lovely space for my husband and I to enjoy some downtime together.

Lovely Beach House

We had a great visit at Plumeria cottage. The beach is right across the street with plenty of sea turtles and snorkeling. The house was beautiful with a nice garden space and a screened in dining room that was perfect for eating or playing games. The house had plenty of amenities like spices and oils to cook with, a great grill and plenty of kitchen tools. We have two teens so it was nice they each had their own space as well. There were water toys under the house which was great to be able to take to the beach and not rent chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. The house was clean and well furnished. We are looking forward to returning!

Wonderful home!

We just finished a two-week stay at this wonderful home. The hosts, Bill and Mary are attentive. The home is well maintained. A very nice detail is the redwood flooring and window louvers. The beach is right across the street a 2-minute walk.There avocado, Mandarin, orange, orange trees, and breadfruit trees in the backyard. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place. This is a real gem

The Ultimate Kauai Adventure

I was mostly raised in Hawaii beginning in the late 1940's. It was truly a paradise that moved at a comfortable pace. By the 1970's tourism was rampant, which changed everything. When I wanted a break I went to Kauai which was still a laid-back place.My return to Kauai this time was a great experience. I was lucky to find the Plumeria plantation house on Anini Beach on the north shore of Kauai.It magically takes you back into a beautiful tropical setting with beautiful gardens.. You can enjoy the gardens all day from the expansive lanai..The souse is spacious, and includes all amenities including two bedrooms, two baths, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of living space.I consider this place I want to return to time after time. You can't go wrong with tiis place. 5 STARS!!!

A week in paradise

Plumeria is a beautiful, comfortable home. It is decorated so nicely and has everything you need for your stay. Plenty of towels, beach towels, linens, kitchen items and charm. The property is lush and tropical. Fruit trees, flowers and very well maintained. The outdoor shower has amazing water pressure. Very short walk to Annini beach. A truly authentic Hawaiian experience. Thank you Mary Ellen and Bill for being the best hosts anyone could ask for.

Paradise

This was our 4th stay, and the place is just a magical as it was 4 years ago. The new kitchen is so beautiful and the whole house has been refreshed. The yard is truly amazing. The bird song is so beautiful. We even started naming the roosters. Anini beach is prefect and so close. We will be coming back. Thank you so much. John

We loved this rental! It was a cool place with a screened in porch, outdoor shower, wrap around lanai, great bathroom, and comfy bed. We would definitely stay here again!

nice cottage

Cottage was nice, spacious, with well- stuffed kitchen utensils, mostly as described, in the walking distance from the beach, across the road. But If you are looking for the quiet relaxing vacation, that will not be the case. At 3 AM to 7 AM local chicken rosters scream like crazy!. They roam around, most of them do not even belong to the property. Stray rosters. I wish they were kept somewhere on the farm or eliminated like noisy pests. Neighbor’s dogs were barking on and off all night long, every night. Did I mentioned repair and remodeling going in the adjusted property? And y cannot close the windows, because there is no A/C. That said, the landlord was trying to be as helpful as he could.

A Hidden Gem

The description and pictures do not do this place justice. I feel like it is a little hidden gem. It was much more spacious and inviting than expected. I loved the screened in patio for meals, the quiet hammock and chairs on the other side of the wrap around patio for enjoying our morning coffee and reading a book. My teenage son loved the loft bedroom. I was worried he might not like it because of privacy concerns but it was more private than excpeted and he thought it was the cutest thing. Mary Ellen was the most gracious host we have ever had. She checked in with us and provide a few extras to make sure our stay was perfect. She was very responsive to any concerns we had and made sure everything was right. I couldn't have asked for a better host. We did not get the opportunity to use the kayaks this trip due to our short stay but look forward to coming back again. Also, Anini beach really is just a short walk away (closer than we expected) and the snorkeling there is amazing. We wish we had more time to spend exploring the site.
