This home is centrally located in Kill Devil Hills and within walking distance to some of the area's favorite restaurants and shopping. It's an easy walk to the beach or just a short drive to one of the many public beach accesses in the town. Holden Inn is also close to some of the area's most beloved attractions like the Wright Brothers National Memorial and Jockey's Ridge State Park. Everyone in your party will enjoy the cozy quarters of Holden Inn, your home to make family memories on the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina!

When you make your way to the Ground Level of this perfect beach cottage, you'll find just enough space for you and your family in the Covered Carport and the sidewalk. Rinse off in the Outdoor Shower after you've spent some time at the beach, which is just 0.3 Miles or a 5-Minute Walk away at the Oregon Ave. Beach Access! Cook up some fresh, local seafood on the Park-Style Grill to enjoy. And don't forget to rinse off those beach towels or throw a load of sandy clothes into the Washer and Dryer on this level, making easy middle-of-the-week washes an absolute breeze.

The Main Level of this home has more than enough to keep you and your family group in quiet comfort during your entire Outer Banks vacation. Relax in the spacious Living Area and gather around the Flat Screen TV for family movie night or a calm afternoon on TV on a rainy day. Whip up something delicious in the cozy Kitchen with all modern amenities and plenty of space to enjoy together in the Dining Area nearby.
