A Serene Vacation is Waiting at Wings As Eagles
Sitting between the highways in the popular town of Kill Devil Hills, Wings As Eagles is the perfect Outer Banks cottage with plenty of space for a great family vacation. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home features modern comforts and coastal touches throughout. When it's time to hit the beach, the Oregon Ave. public beach access is only a 5-minute (0.2 miles) walk away!

Outside, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower then sear up some burgers and hot dogs on the Charcoal Grill. Dine al fresco at the Outdoor Eating Area located under the carport. Parking is easy and convenient thanks to plenty of room in the driveway. Have some fun with Horse Shoes and Cornhole as a family! And be sure to relax in the bubbly Hot Tub after a day at the beach.

​​​​​​​Step inside and you'll find one of the three Bedrooms this home has to offer - a Queen Bedroom, as well as a Full Bathroom and Laundry Area. Escape for some peace and quiet in the Den with cozy furniture, a TV, and a Full-Size Refrigerator. Accessible from the carport, this quiet retreat is perfect for getting away with a cozy beach read, catching up on work, or board games with family before a fun and exciting day at the beach.

Upstairs, you'll enjoy spending time with the family in the thoughtfully decorated living area with coastal accents! It features plenty of comfortable seating and large windows that lets in lots of natural light. The fully-stocked kitchen is located off of the living area. With crisp white cabinetry, a colorful backsplash, white appliances, and plenty of counter space - prepping your meals will be a breeze. The dining table has space for 6 and doubles as the perfect place to play a round of cards or a fun board game!

Down the hall, a master king bedroom with an attached full bathroom and TV offers a comfortable place to escape at the end of the day. A bedroom with two twin beds and a full hallway bathroom complete the main level of this chic cottage. The large deck provides the perfect place to find a sunny spot to sunbathe, take a nap in the sea breeze or enjoy a cold drink while reading a good book. No matter how you like to relax, Wings As Eagles can accommodate visitors of all tastes.

Whether you're in the mood for a quick lunch or a chef-prepared seafood feast, you're sure to find a restaurant you'll love! For a day of educational fun, take the family to the Wright Brothers National Memorial where you'll learn about the Outer Banks role in the history of flight. For nature lovers, Nags Head Woods offers scenic trails and plenty of local flora and fauna while Jockey's Ridge State Park allows visitors to see a 360-degree view of the Outer Banks from the tallest living sand dune on the east coast. Just as pictured and quick walk to beach

We had a great time staying here. The keyless entry is so great and convenient. The place was nicely decorated and exactly as pictured. We loved having a hot tub because we went during off-season. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. There are so many surrounding places to eat, shop, be touristy, go to a park, etc. LOVED it and my kids want to come back...that's saying a LOT. The layout is a little weird but no issue at all.
