Outside, the Private Pool* (with option to heat for additional fee) will gift days of fun in the sun to the entire family! Fire up the Gas Grill to prepare delicious seafood filets and then spend your evenings relaxing your cares away in the bubbly Hot Tub. In addition to the many amenities, Mint Julep is an oceanside home with partial ocean views that is less than a fifth of a mile away or a quick 3-minute walk from the beach! Mint Julep is also walking distance to some of the best restaurants and brewery in the area. There is plenty of off-street parking with a dry entrance and a tiki ring toss game for fun family competition.

The Ground Floor holds the Recreation Room with a large mounted smart TV on the wall. An air hockey game that will offer hours of fun competition, and board games & puzzles. An additional dining table/workspace area is also on this floor. The Pyramid Bunk Bedroom gives the kids plenty of space with a twin bed on top and full on the bottom. There's also a Queen Bedroom. Both bedrooms have mounted smart TVs. There's a Queen sleeper sofa, and a shared Hallway Bathroom. This level holds a convenient kitchenette/wet bar area to prepare poolside drinks and snacks. There's also a Laundry Area that makes middle-of-the-week washes and getting sand out of those bathing suits a breeze. In the backyard, you'll find the Private Pool*, a warm bubbly LED lighted Hot Tub, and an outdoor shower, where your days and nights will be spent swimming and soaking under Outer Banks skies!

When going between levels you won't have to labor up and down the stairs -- there's an elevator to use if you prefer! The Mid-Level holds three other bedrooms including a King Master Bedroom with en-suite bath that has marble/tile in the spacious shower, a Queen Bedroom with semi-private bath access and direct deck access, and finally, a King Bedroom that shares the Hallway Bathroom with a shower/tub combo and 2 sink vanities. There's an convenient additional half bath on this level also. All the bedrooms have mounted smart TVs! The Middle Level comes complete with a front and back covered porch/patio area that's perfect for refreshing outdoor lunches! And access to outdoor stairs to front lower level.

The Top Level has breathtaking cathedral ceilings that will certainly catch your eye as you enter with plenty of sunlight coming in. A large screen smart TV in the living area makes an ideal spot for family movie nights. There's seating for 8-10 at the Dining Room table, with additional seating for 4 at the round pub height table and 3 more at the large kitchen island! The Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything necessary for chef-prepared meals at home. Just a few steps up from the kitchen, you can enjoy a private nook and better views in the Shipwatch. The Top Level also holds the final bedroom -- a spacious King Master Bedroom with marble/tile ensuite bathroom and direct back deck access! You'll find a convenient Half Bathroom off the living room on this level as well. Kill Devil Hills - An Essential Area for the Best OBX Attractions

While you certainly don't HAVE to leave Mint Julep to find some leisure, we urge you to still explore the bustling attractions of Kill Devil Hills! Guests looking to learn more about the history of the Outer Banks should stop by the Wright Brothers National Memorial to the north or Jockey's Ridge State Park to the South in Nags Head. The historic Avalon Pier is a great place to spend an afternoon fishing while Nags Head Woods offers the perfect opportunity to observe the flora and fauna of the island. Sample fresh seafood and other local fares at one of several restaurants close by including Pigman's Bar-B-Que, Mama Kwan's Tiki Bar & Grill, Miller's Seafood & Steak House, Country Deli, The Kill Devil Grill and Beachcombers Tiki Hut where you can also enjoy oceanfront dining! Head to Bob's Grill for a breakfast of champions! If you're super hungry you can try their dozen-egg omelet, but we bet you won't finish it. Prove us wrong!
