Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away, Indoor pool and hot tub open year round and outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/15/27 - 10/31/27, There is a splash pad beside the outdoor pool for kids and easy beach access. There is a outside balcony with small ocean view. Free parking for 3 cars.

This is a 2 story 1500sqft condo with 2 bed rooms (2 king beds) and 3 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are down stairs & the upstairs is the living space with a full kitchen & living room. Cable TV, WIFI, linens, towels, beach chairs & towels, & washer/dryer are included. Outdoor charcoal grills available.

Our condo isn’t directly facing the ocean but has a side view from the balcony. There’s a pullout couch if needed.

What’s provided:
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom (3 total)
- 1 roll of paper towels
- bath towels and hand cloths
- sheets for beds (beds will be made before arrival)
- dishwashing pods
- 4 beach chairs and an umbrella
- 4 beach towels
- Pack-N-Play available if needed.

What to bring:
- coffee (either ground or Keurig cups)
- washing machine detergent
