"Sea 'n Ski" è un ampio condominio semi-oceanfront proprio di fronte alla spiaggia, che lo rende un facile accesso alla spiaggia. Sea N 'Ski si trova a Coastal Retreat, che si trova in posizione centrale a Milepost 10 vicino a tutte le attrazioni della zona, ristoranti e attività. C'è un muto cameriere esterno per aiutarti a sollevare bagagli e generi alimentari fino al primo livello. Il condominio dispone di 2 camere da letto king-size, 2 bagni e un divano-letto queen-size. Abbiamo uno dei ristoranti preferiti del locale - Kill Devil Grill della porta accanto, e anche una breve distanza a piedi è un ottimo posto per la colazione, il Miller's Restaurant. I servizi includono: 3 TV, combinazione videoregistratore / DVD, impianto stereo con CD, ventilatori a soffitto e piattaforma coperta. Doccia esterna privata chiusa e deposito incluso. Overall it was nice. Furniture pictured is not accurate to actual site. Two chairs actually onsite not very comfortable. Screens torn allowing flys in.

Location, location, location!

This place is in such a great location! Right across the street from the beach with convenient access through the John Yancey Hotel parking lot! When we arrived there was a strong musty smell, we opened up all of the windows to air out the space some. The floors were also pretty dirty and the refrigerator leaked some inside. Overall we were super happy to be able to walk most places and a short drive to other spots. The beds were really comfortable too! We were told that we wouldn’t be able to use the pool at the John Yancey Hotel because it was to close on 9/17 however, throughout the week there were folks using the pool. We didn't call to get more information because we were happy to be at the beach all day, but would've been great to know that it stayed open later! We had a great time as a family!

My family and I had a great week long stay! There was plenty of room in the condo and kitchen was adequately stocked. Condo looks like the pictures. Great easy location to beach. Beach access is walkable. I would not advise using the hotel beach access that is advertised. On our first day it was cramped and packed as it seemed to be a bit of a narrower beach area. We walked everyday to the beach access just an extra block Down and it was much more spacious. *there are two parking spaces available, not Just one. *there is no padlock as advertised on storage area. We contacted First Flight with the issue. They did get back to us within 24 hours but a handy man never showed up and problem was never resolved. * only real issue- deck railings were falling off. Great central location to restaurants, Putt putt, ice cream shops, etc.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were a few things that were not stated in the listing. We got an email a week before check-in stating that they only provided one role of toilet paper and paper towels, one trash bag, and one dishwashing tablet. We also had to bring our own dish soap and hand soap. In my opinion, that should have been noted in the listing and none of that was. We didn't get in bed the first night until around 11 and upon unmaking the bed we noticed that the sheets had black dog hair all over them and the quilt was stained. They did bring over fresh sheets and a new comforter the next morning. My other complaint is that all the knives in the knife block had rust spots all over them and the water pressure in the shower is horrible. There is a lift there to get your stuff up the stairs, that was very convent. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and there were just a few things we were unhappy about. The beach ramp is just right across the street.

Very relaxing and convenient

Overall excellent experience. The fridge leaked a little on the inside, the shower drains were slow to drain (hello sand!), and the toilets were tricky about flushing. But overall everything was very clean, comfortable, and at the absolute perfect location. Ammenities were great as well.

Property was perfect for two adult couples. Close to the beach and we loved that we could use the pool across the street. We would definitely stay here again!

The area around the Kitty hawk & Kill Devil Hills has become to crowded & commercialized since our last visit.. If we decide to visit OBX again it will be to the southern portion below Nags Head.

Nice spacious condo. Perfect location. Only dislike was no light on sign for the building so it was difficult to find at night and the bushes were so big they obstructed the view of incoming traffic.

Great location!

We had been planning a trip to the outer banks for 3 years and it was postponed for one reason or another but we finally got there this spring! The location of the condo was great! Kill Devil Grill is tight next door and the beach is just across the street! The condo was great for the two of us. The place was clean and quiet except for the bedroom by the stairs. You could hear everyone go up and down the stairs. It was mostly quiet the second and third night we were there. Would recommend for 2 couples or a girlfriends trip.

Could have been good but wasn't

This is a very nice condo, or must have been originally. What was glaring as we came and stayed was that dogs and kids had obviously stayed there and clearly hadn't been cared for and there were urine stains on the rugs (and other kinds, as well), on the furniture, and they really stood out. That simply isn't necessary. The bed was made with the sheets inside out, and the sheets didn't fit and the quilt was sideways, so we purchased new sheets in order to feel comfortable. Someone had removed the linens and covers that usually stayed on the beds and simply hurled them into the closet. We bagged them up so that we wouldn't have to see them. Oh, and those stains, on everything... We have dogs, we take care of them and clean up after them. Why can't others do that, and why can't the owner make sure their property is taken care of? How sad to own such a nice property and not consider it worth maintaining. When we had been there for three days, a truck full of workers showed up and began hammering on the roof, preparing to replace it. Shingles rained down on our balcony. The management's response? "Oh, we didn't know anything about this. Thank you for your patience." This was typical of their response to anything: "we're so glad you're having a good time." Their policy seems to be to ignore the issues. We made enough "noise" via email that they finally said that the owner would release us from our obligation and refund our last few days. We moved over to the Marriott and spent far more money than we'd planned to spend, even with the promised refund. But we had a clean room and a comfortable bed. The beds at the condo were excruciating, by the way. As it happened, I became ill during the trip, and things like that mattered to me. Our vacation was kind of a disaster, despite the beautiful ocean across the street. We've had it with VRBO, and I will be very surprised if this "review" makes it into print.

Huge bedrooms!!! great kitchen

We had some minor issues upon entering condo. The carpets need to be replaced, and some of the furniture. The beds were grrrreat! The refrigerator leaked water into bottom drawers. We had a great time and would stay again!

First Trip to Outerbanks

The rental process was easy and efficient. Upkeep of property was a bit lacking, but not show stopping. Wi-fi and tv streaming was something else… had to contact tech support to get tv working, had to use our own streaming contracts, so really, no tv service without a lot of effort after arriving which we had not planned for.

First Visit to OBX

Great location. My brother stayed there. The property met all of our needs. It was very comfortable and helped to make our first visit to OBX a fantastic cacation.

Great stay!

My parents and my husband and I stayed here for a week. It was in the perfect location to walk to the beach and to restaurants. The other people in the other condo units were very friendly! Would highly recommend

Great spot

Great condo. Location is very convenient and nice to be able to use the pool across the street. Very spacious inside. The lift was very helpful getting items into the unit. Outdoor shower and storage was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Roomy, smooth check in, great communication!

It’s so nice to stay at a place that is as advertised. Plenty of space, great location with a very short walk to the beach, pool across the street easy to access, restaurants and stores nearby, and close to all that the area offers. I had a few questions and they were answered so fast. We had a cable connection hiccup, the very friendly cable guy was there equally as fast. Things like this make huge differences in a vacation, we are grateful for them. The dumb waiter and outside shower were nice to have as well, also the storage area near it with umbrella and inner tubes were great. Parking was no issue, unless you count someone parking in our spot one time over the whole week. There was another spot though, so not a huge deal. It’s a place we would definitely recommend to others! Thanks so much. : )

Great location

Condo is very nice, just as advertised! Located close to beach ( short walk across street), walking distance to a couple great restaurants and pool across the street. Two bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms and plenty of space for small group. Kitchen well stocked with just about all you would need. Looking forward to next year!

Perfect for 2 adult couples

This place has 2 Master suites on opposites sides of the condo. This was perfect for the 4 of us… 2 adult couples. Great location, our own outside shower, and storage closet.

LOCATION!!

Great location!! Had trouble with the code to get in but was fixed quickly. This place needs a new couch. Other than that, a great place.
