A lush, spacious yard with an adjacent dock and a private hot tub makes for blissful downtime. Not to mention, you’ll have access to the community pool, Sound Side beach, and tennis courts providing fun for the whole family.

Snowbird-friendly and ideally located, you’ll also find Jockey’s Ridge State Park and the North Carolina Aquarium all nearby when looking to explore and reconnect with nature.

Inside, kick back and relax in the sun-drenched, open-concept living area adorned with comfortable furnishings and elegant, coastal decor. When hunger strikes, whip up snacks or a delicious home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out this retreat’s stellar perks.

Serenity by the Sound

Absolutely beautiful serene location. I picked this home because we rented a home a few houses down 3 yrs ago and saw it was in same neighborhood. We wanted to be near a body of water yet be affordable and only a 10 minute drive to the main road. Definitely a keeper!

2024 Summer Vacation

When we arrived we noticed the walls in two rooms were dirty. The master bathroom had some questionable substance close to the toilet on two walls. In the bedroom that is closest to the living room there were two dried mucous/boogers on the wall. I can provide pics if needed. I cleaned the dried mucous off the bedroom wall but didn't want to touch the walls in the bathroom. I wasn't sure if it was blood or fecal matter. Otherwise the house was pretty clean.
