This spacious 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom Outer Banks rental is semi-oceanfront right in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. Day Dreamz is an easy walk away from Outer Banks favorites like Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint, Duck Donuts, and the Outer Banks Brewing Station. Day Dreamz is also just 2 minutes away from the Clark Street Beach access, making for easy beach days during your Outer Banks vacation! Plus, Day Dreamz also features a private pool so when you've had enough sun and sand, come back to your rental and splash around with friends and family.

Inside Day Dreamz, you'll be able to have fun in the rec room. Play a game of pool, watch your favorite TV show, and even grab a snack in the ground-level rec room. When it's time to hang with the whole crew, head upstairs to the living area. Here you'll find ample seating as well as a flat-screen TV and an open floor plan between the living area, dining area, and kitchen. When it's time for dinner, you can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. With breakfast bar seating for 4 and dining area seating for 8, there's plenty of room for everyone. Plus, this open living area offers you access to the furnished sun deck; the perfect place to take in those stunning OBX sunrises.

Excellent Place for a Small Staff Retreat

With six bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room it was a great place for me and my team to have a staff retreat and team building experience.

Good Property

Great location and good property. Stayed in October for a golf trip. Worked out great for us. Only recommendation I would encourage is to upgrade some of the beds. Felt they were a little old and could use an upgrade. Otherwise a great place

Nice home with plenty of space

Stayed at this property with 6 adults and 4 children and had plenty of space to enjoy time together and apart. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and the beach, but did not love the motel right next door. Ambulances and cops were there multiple times throughout the week, so it didn’t feel entirely safe. Ultimately, it was a nice home that suited our needs for a week.

Overall the property was awesome. The jacuzzi on entrance level when turn on black stuff came out. Dumped water out tired again same thing happened. We did not contact management due to last night Everything was as seen in pics plus more. Just stop by dollar store for essentials hygiene products. I thank you for the experience and nice home
