Nice home

Property was NOT clean! This property is NOT walkable to beach. The pool is NOT a true mini water park. The home was beautiful but location, parking, and cleanliness was an issue for our family.

Nice location but needs updating

We chose this location for it's proximity to the beach, access to the pool and the hot tub. The beach access was easy and my kids loved the pool. The yard where the hot tub is was very unclean, wet, damp, and bugs were roaming around making it impossible to not have shoes on while outside. The bbq was unclean and unusable and should be replaced. The backyard would be much nicer if it was relandscaped or had decking, it just made the experience of using the hot tub not enjoyable. Inside the house was spaceous and nice, but the carpeting looked well used and in need of replacement. We liked having the garage space to store our beach stuff while at the pool. The cookware was a bit scarce but we managed. The location is hard to beat and the staff at the pool were lovely.

Excellent vacation!

We were overwhelmed by the amount of room in this house. It was clean and well taken care of. The full-size kitchen made it easy if we wanted to cook at home. A TV in every bedroom was a nice surprise. We will definitely be back next year. My only negative is that it’s right by an airport and there was a lot of overhead traffic not big planes but still.

Good Location, Nice Hot Tub, Hairdryers Provided

The location was good. The property was clean and spacious. The hot tub was really nice. It would have been nice if extra toilet paper, towels, and trash bags would have been provided. It would have also been nice to have more bath towels. One roll of toilet paper was provided in each bathroom. One roll of paper towels was provided in the kitchen. One trash can liner was provided for each trash can. We had to buy extra of each of these products. Prior to arriving at the property, we were told that there would be no hairdryers available, but to our surprise, two hairdryers were found —yay! Also, on our last evening in the property, we had difficulty with the Wi-Fi connection. Otherwise, our stay was great.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this cute pink house. The only things were there was a glove left on the bedside table, grass wasn’t cut outback, dryer was dirty so we couldn’t dry our clothes, beds were pretty uncomfortable and we couldn’t use the water or ice from the refrigerator because the water filter hasn’t been changed and there was a chunk of ice in tge ice maker. But other than those things, the house itself was beautiful and was in a fine location, no problems. All the bedrooms are on the top floor, bottom floor is for living. The stairs are wood, so if you have a little one just be mindful of that. It was nice being so close to everything we wanted, which was mainly the beach. Tons of beach access parking lots just a short drive (less than 10’minutes) away. We enjoyed our vacation at the outer banks!

Somewhat disappointed

When we booked this place the description of the property had a ground level king suite that opens to the back yard where there is a hot tub. There is not a ground level bedroom in this house which made it very difficult for our 94 year old family member. Also when we arrived the garage door was open and maintenance said they would be back to fix it. The garage door was still not fixed when we left. Dirty dishes were put away in the cabinets as well. Not a very good start to the trip but the family made the most of our visit to the Outer Banks. This house is nice and in a good location, we were very disappointed that the description tmof the property was not the reality. I tried to call Kees to discuss but they never returned my phone call

Review of Just Peachy

So all in all it was a nice place however two of us had to work a bit while we were here on vacation so choosing a place that had reliable Internet was very important and we were unable to connect to the Internet the entire time we were there and we did place calls to the management they told us that someone will be back in touch with us to take care of it and we never heard back so our entire vacation there was zero Internet none of the TVs we could use for Netflix as well which is pretty important with three kids and some rainy days on our vacation management has yet to call me about these issues

Great spot

We had storms the majority of our time at the Outer Banks and we were happy that we had a comfortable, modern house to hang in that had enough space for all of us. We enjoyed the amenities of the community too.

Great place

We missed having an oceanfront house, which is what we usually do, but for our kids ages this place works well since they have a great pool. The public beach access with the restrooms and shower house is almost always filled up, so be prepared to hike it to use it from one of the nearby beach accesses. The condo itself is wonderful. Its just the right size and well decorated. It is minimally stocked as far as kitchen supplies. We had just enough as a family of 6. The hot tub chemicals were so strong it burned our skin and stung our eyes from the vapors. The hot tub was filled so high we floated out of the seats, so we didn't use that feature much after the chemicals make it feel like fire ants are stinging your legs. That would be my only complaint. The little backyard strip was just big enough to play Bocci ball and its centrally located to several nice grocery stores as well as gift shops, restaurants and drug stores. We were about 30 minutes from The Lost Colony, Aquarium and Elizabethan Gardens and about an hour from Corolla Lighthouse and public beach access. The washer and dishwasher worked well and the AC works well. It took a while to get used to the lights which are motion sensored in the bathrooms and push button otherwise. It takes a while to figure out how to turn them on and off and which switches are for what lights. The garages are tiny so be prepared to unload outside in the driveway and dismantle your car top carrier. You can't really unload from the right side of a minivan from inside the garage. You can, but its almost impossible. There is just enough room which is a minor detail. Just be careful if you have things on top of your car because there is about a one to one and half inch increase in height when you get into the garage that you barely notice unless you're trying to get in with a car top carrier. Don't take a chance and just unload outside in the driveway then drive it in without your carrier. We just parked in the driveway half the time and its such a safe and quiet neighborhood that it was just fine.

Beautiful location!

This was a great weekend getaway! We had a short commute to the beach every day, and grilled every night. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.
