Situato in posizione strategica su un grande pacco di spiaggia, questa casa è a pochi minuti dal Wright Brothers National Memorial, negozi, ristoranti e una varietà di attività all'aperto. Costruito per le vacanze in famiglia, gli ospiti potranno godere di dieci master suite, più aree lounge dentro e fuori, 2 cucine e una casa piscina coperta solare.

Great for the whole family

Great for the WHOLE family (5 families). We had a chilly start to the week, so it was so nice to have the covered pool and hot tub for the kids to enjoy! Very short walk to the beach across the street, went multiple times a day. Great big side yard for the kids was definitely a plus with a fire pit for s’mores. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. We did have a bike stolen from out front, just be sure to bring your belongings inside!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Punch list*Remotes have no batteries in most of the remotes *Ceiling fan in the sitting room on second floor didn’t work*Bedroom on the first floor lights don’t work*One of the large drawers in the kitchen is broken *Clothes dryer didn’t work from Monday on*Handle on hot tube cover*The speaker on the TV on the third floor (main floor) is going bad. Lots of static, will periodically cut out 100%, goes up and down by itself and gets worse as the day goes on. *built in on the third floor has a shelf that is falling apart. *Second floor bedroom on the ocean side sliding door won’t lock.

Spacious, well equipped home!

Comfotrable, large home with plenty of space for family meals and preparation, separate large ice maker on 1st level; extra large, but cozy living space on all four level for five couples, 3 kids and two dogs. Kitchen was well equipped. Full bath for every room + 1 + extra half bath; tremendous water pressure. Great outdoor space, covered pool and game rooms with pool table and ping pong table.

Silver Lining, Great House

The house was as pictured, clean and truly a walk away from the beach. There were 2 houses before we got to the access road and then a short walk on the road and over the dunes. Our 5-year-old and grandma and grandpa, both 77, had no trouble walking to the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and having a bath with each was great. The Beach Realty Company was easy to deal with and answered all my questions promptly. Counting 3 children and 12 adults in our group we had a great time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was quite enjoyable. The covered pool worked well when we couldn't get to the beach. The only thing is the fridge in kitchen would be easier to not be a side by side. If it could be either a top or bottom freezer, with fridge opposite of course. It was so nice having an elevator for me since steps and I don't work well. Beautiful property.

Great for a large group!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the Silver Lining! The set up was perfect for a large group, with bedrooms on all four floors to allow people space, but a great kitchen, dining, and living room area for everyone to gather for meal times, games, etc. It was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, but there’s also public parking right outside the beach entrance. There were some minor repair issues, including issues with some of the sliding doors in the pool area. There are also no bathtubs on the floor with the kids’ bunk room, which was a little frustrating, but we made do. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if we ever traveled with a large group!

The property owners were quickly responsive to all of my questions. This home was beautiful and spacious. Our party of 21 found plenty community areas to entertain and private areas to escape.

Staff was very helpful and replaced the shower curtain quickly after I told them it has some mildew on it. Great location easy walk to beach access. Had fun playing ping pong and using the pool too. Some side chairs could benefit from steam cleaning or should be replaced.

We had really great time with friends.Weather was cold and windy. We enjoyed indoor pool and hot tub. Pool Water temperature is good. So kids can swim well. And location is very good. Beach access is 2mins from house. Thanks

Rental OK, no so thrilled with owner & management!

Let me began by saying that the house is decent, and even though there are small maintenance issues here and there, generally enjoyable. You can read others review for more details. However, the reason for leaving this negative review is to address management service issues. It turns out that Vrbo just charge a marketing fee, and we had to sign another contract with the rental management. Because we booked this a while back, when another wave of COVID hit, and due to our travel group has people with high-risks, we asked the management to help us change reservation to later date. It turns out that even though the contract says you CAN change the date with approval, the management/owner straight out says they WON’T do it. And don’t care about our health concerns. We even offered to pay more $ fees for helping us changing the date, and they straight out won’t even consider What is worse is after rental manager, agreed to help us escalate this to the owner, never got a response; she start to ignoring our follow up calls and voicemails because she was now aware of our intent and didn’t want to address our issue with us. After 1-2 week of trying to get in touch with her and leaving voicemails, we gave up. Is this how your treat your guests? Or just because they have paid you can just ignore them!?! Why don’t you just say no date changes allowed from the beginning? We also an email that due to COVID, they will limit their toilet paper to 1 per 2 toilets. Ok, we understand it is difficult time for everyone, and we want to accommodate (unlike the owner who refuses to allow us to change dates). What ends up happening is that they only gave us 2 toilet rolls for 11 bathrooms for the entire week rental! Calling the maintenance line – 50% of the time went into voice mail (during normal business hours) They also tout about how well they do their cleaning in a nice video, and how everyone who comes to maintain the house will be wearing mask. We experienced staff that come to maintain the pool and staff delivering linens/towels to our next door rental, which was also part of same management, walking in and out of the house without wearing a mask. First time with Vrbo, which turns out to be just a marketing site. It does not protect guest, control the quality of rental processes, leaving the guest to fend for themselves with the rental management. Going with airbnb or more reputable one in future, that truly care about your experience and repeat business.

Reviewer Comments: the house was nice the only thing we found was bedding wasnt frsh and clean found one bed that had stain on sheets that was tucked in so obviously hadnt been changed other than that the pool roof doesnt open either

loved the house

Loved the house, beach aces, then pool sand interior decoration made the experience for me. ... Proximity to public beach access was a short easy walk. We didnt mind the bust street setting because of these aspects and it was fun to see other walking. Loud muscle cars too loud at times but side porches were opted for. Thank you for opportunity.
