NEW BUILD! Enjoy a peaceful getaway at Quiet Oaks in the desirable Outer Banks! This new build boasts abundant natural light, modern and bright decor, and a coastal surf vibe in your home away from home. Outdoors, you will find a spacious fenced in yard that backs up to a forested open space. A 10 min walk to public beach access. A 10 min walk to the sound. Located in a neighborhood with walking/biking trails. Upon returning from the beach you will enjoy the convenience of a roomy outdoor shower and the relaxation of a refreshing space!

LOVED this property! Perfect proximity to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. Appreciated the convenience of beach towels being provided as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon. Communication with the owners was great, quick to respond any time we had a question. Our family enjoyed staying here and was sad when it was time to leave! Looking forward to planning another trip!

Amazing Spring Break Getaway!

We had the most incredible stay during our family spring break trip! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed—and more. Having an espresso machine was a game changer! The kids loved the cozy vibes and peaceful surroundings. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the hosts were thoughtful and responsive. Beautiful, tidy, clean & quiet

Last minute booking, and so very delighted with our stay. Adorable and as perfectly pictured. Clean, tidy, very comfortable. Towels, beach towels, dishwasher pods, washing machine pods, shampoo, conditioner, dishes, cooking utensils, spices, TP, paper towels, bikes, soap, espresso machine, coffee machine, fantastic hammocks and cleaning supplies are all included. Would recommend bringing a book light if you are a bed reader. Thanks to Kristen & Sheldon for a great stay!

Fantastic Beach House!

We wouldn’t change a thing with this home! The owners obviously put a lot of thought in to every amenity! The home was well equipped with little special touches throughout the home. The fenced backyard has a gate that makes getting to the beach that much closer and easier! We will definitely return!

Clean, comfortable, stylish new home

This is a very comfortable, recently remodeled/built home with stylish decor. Check in and check out were simple and easy, neighborhood is quiet, centrally located on the Outer Banks, house is in very good condition and kept very clean and tidy. If I am being very picky some bedside lamps in the bedrooms would be nice as well as extra towels and washcloths for bathrooms and kitchen, but towels that were provided were of high quality and very nice. Lots of amenities with this house - streaming services, bikes, beach equipment, outdoor grill - loved it!

Amazing house and great location

Overall the house was great. We stayed for about a week and everything was up to date and rightly placed. The house felt so comfy and we never wanted to leave. The house was spacious and everything was plentiful for all of us. The grocery store and the beach are walking distance from the house. The house's location is great as it is close to many restaurants, attractions, and stores. There was an issue with wasps outside on the porch, but the host was responsive and arranged to fix the problem immediately. Highly recommend this house. Thanks for hosting us.

Great house and great location

It was the first time our group were able to get together. Two couples, myself and 2 kids. One couple stay in the lower level and the rest of us stayed upstairs. There was plenty of room. We found beach gear in the garage along with a cooler and bikes. The beach is a short walk. The neighborhood has a nice trail to take walks. Short drive to H2O water park and Wright Memorial. Close shops and grocery store. We had a great time!

Spacious

Family had plenty of space. It was very clean, airy and accommodating. The area was quiet and close to everything. It was nice to have bikes and beach items already there that was in good quality shape. The family enjoyed playing multiple indoor and outdoor faces that were available. Check in/check out was so easy. The best place to stay.

As advertised

The host was very helpful anytime we had questions. We took lots of supplies for the kitchen because most places have just the basics in dishes, cleaning supplies, storage etc. We didn’t need most of what we took! There were plenty of spices, dishes, trash bags, handi wrap etc.

Beautiful cozy house!

We had such a lovely time at this home. It had every amenity that we needed plus some! Everything was brand new, super clean and it really felt like home. Our hosts were so welcoming, giving us all the jnfo we needed and responded to us immediately each time we messaged them. It was wonderful to have bikes at the house so we could bike to the sound, plenty of beach chairs for us to lounge at the beach and overall just everything we needed in a wonderful location. Would absolutely recommend this house to anyone!!!
