Decisioni, decisioni ... Dovresti raggiungere la piscina con vista sull'oceano e prendere il sole in uno di quei comodi lettini o camminare lungo le scale fino alle sabbie dorate della spiaggia di Outer Banks? Affondare le dita dei piedi nella sabbia, fare un po 'di bodysurf o anche recuperare la lettura estiva. È sicuramente una scelta difficile. Che ne dici di un'opzione un giorno e l'altra opzione il giorno dopo? Dopotutto, sono le tue vacanze - puoi fare tutto quello che vuoi !!

Un delizioso condominio 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni vi aspetta indipendentemente dalla vostra scelta. Il soggiorno confortevole vi accoglierà con divani coordinati e freschi arredi costieri nei toni del blu e del verde. La TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD vi dà il benvenuto per riunirvi e guardare l'ultimo successo con una grande ciotola di popcorn. O forse, basta uscire insieme in tutta comodità, scambiare storie, ridere e creare nuovi ricordi. Il ponte sull'oceano è perfetto per godersi le fresche brezze dell'oceano e guardare il cielo stellato sopra le Outer Banks.

La cucina completamente attrezzata ha tutti gli elettrodomestici e tutto il necessario per creare un semplice spuntino di stuzzichini o un pasto completo da gustare insieme. Un bar per la colazione con due sgabelli da bar assicura lo chef non sarà mai solo

Puoi sederti e goderti un pasto delizioso insieme al grazioso tavolo da pranzo ovale con 6 posti a sedere imbottiti. Riporta l'arte perduta della conversazione a cena!

La master suite vanta un letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto in legno e pareti neutre rilassanti. Una piccola area salotto vi invita a godervi alcuni momenti tranquilli da soli. Godetevi l'accesso privato al ponte sull'oceano da qui.

La seconda camera ha due gemelli, belle pareti in corallo e arredamento coordinato. La bella sala da bagno è bella verde salvia e dispone di un lavandino fattoria e vasca / doccia.

Location adjacent to beach can't be beat. Some items in the unit are dated and not working properly like the sliding glass door to the patio that was inoperable.

Perfect place for long weekend

We were looking for a condo just for long weekend, before moving my daughter into school. Place was perfect. Loved having the option of the pool and being right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Really can't beat the location! Easy access to beach, and walking distance to several restaurants and ice cream. Condo itself could use some new furniture, but size is perfect and we weren't there to hang out inside anyways. Would definitely come back!

The ocean site is almost invisible from this condo

This properties is advertised as bocean front; however, It is a challenge to get to the beach via dunes. Also, the ocean is something you might recognize far far a way as a little spot. The property itself is ok, we just thought it would be on the beach directly.

Mental health getaway

Needed a mental health getaway from covid, homeschooling and the winter blues. This condo was the exact right prescription. Carpets and upholstery were freshly shampooed.. plenty of dishes and cookware, though we didn't use any. We ate at Food Dudes, Two Roads tavern and Mulligans. YuM!! It was nice to smell the sea water and feel the sunshine as the sun rose each morning.

The stay was just ok.

There are a few issues with the condo, that if attended to, would have made the stay more enjoyable. There is a gaping hole under the front door. It is so big, sunlight streams in and you actually think you left the door open. It is so big, my husband saw a roach at night crawl by, under the hole and he opened the door and killed it. We also saw a roach at night on the back deck. Luckily, we were inside. The two doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms are either hard to close or don’t lock right. The carpeting in the two bedrooms are disgusting and either need to be cleaned or pulled up. The rooms are not that big and I’m sure would not be that costly to replace. I was afraid to be barefoot in the condo. A little bit of paint would go a long way, especially on the doors to the rooms. Also, there is a huge, iron railing sticking out from one of the twin beds. My daughter got cut on our last day there. I have pictures of the rail and her cut. If those things were taken care of, I’m sure we would have had a better stay. We will definitely NOT be “namastaying” here again.

FANTASTIC! Will be back every summer :)

I was pretty nervous after reading some of the older reviews, and luckily didn't have to change plans based on COVID like many others had to (and lost a lot of $$ in that process). Bottom line: this condo was wonderful! I have 3 kids (ages 8-13) and myself (Mom), and we were VERY comfortable here for our 4 night stay. It was clean, spacious, updated, and we couldn't ask for more convenience (close to restaurants, private beach access, outdoor showers, pool). Check-in was smooth & seamless, no issues with door code at all. The beds were comfortable. We brought our own pillows - which always helps! The kitchen was equipped with EVERYTHING we needed. It was also nice that Kees provided a "starter kit" with the basics (dish soap & sponge, laundry detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, etc). This was our first family trip to OBX, and this condo helped us have an enjoyable/comfortable stay. We didn't want to leave, and the kids asked if we can come back every summer - so we've decided to make "Namaste Here" our new annual tradition. Next time, we'll stay for a full week. If I have any recommendations how Kees can make it even better - The curtains didn't close all the way. This wasn't a biggie for us, but might be for others. Also - would LOVE to have the option to pull up Netflix/Prime Video on the main TV in the living room (ability to sign into our accts and watch on main TV) - if that option is there, I wasn't able to figure it out:). Beautiful property rental

Very accommodating for myself, my husband and my 2 grandchildren. Condo was beautifully clean upon arrival. We loved how close the beach was and the view was really nice. The pool was great and we had times where we had the pool all to ourselves. Beds were comfy. Curtains in master were not wide enough so the sun came in super early. But all-in-all, the place was great.

Just Right

I was skeptical at first because of previous reviews, but our preference was beachfront so we decided to stay here. Glad we did. Location was perfect and the pool was a nice option for the days the kids wanted a break from the beach. The condo was clean and included all necessary amenities for 1 week.

Deosn't match the pictures!

The unit had a sand dune view and small ocean view. There was bugs in the unit. The front door sticks and it was hard to open/close. The pillow and bedding was horrible. The kitchen had broken cabinets and utilities.

Needs attention

Our condo could use some attention. There was a faint musty smell in the condo. Both the front door and the kitchen cabinets were off a bit and they were difficult to close. Other than that, things were fine. The location was good, the bathrooms were fine and the beds were comfortable.

The location is great. The main source of disappointment was the cleanliness. When we arrived a large bag of trash was at the front door and a bag of soiled linens was on the sofa. Dirty paper towel underneath sofa, bathroom smelled of urine and a large roach was next to the trash can in the bathroom. The master bed had no linens on it. It looked as if the cleaning crew was called out during their time in this unit and then never came back to finish the job. The screen door was broken. The unit needs more than a broom to clean it. The rugs were soiled and could have been cleaned with a vacuum. I called the rental company and they were at the unit within 15 minutes to remedy the problem. The master bed was made and the bathroom cleaned, trash and soiled lines were removed. The young man and woman were very friendly and concerned and took care of the cleaning on the spot and quickly.
