The Space:
Welcome to That House! If you’re seeking a modern townhouse in a prime location with an upscale interior, That House is perfect for your beach getaway. The large kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs — and you can even enjoy ocean views as you prep meals. Dine together in the welcoming dining area, or step out onto the deck to sip drinks in the salt air. Whether you’re spending time playing games with the kids, curling up with a good book, or simply enjoying the salty breeze, That House makes it easy to relax and reconnect.

After a day at the beach or pool, gather in the living room for a movie night, board games, or quiet reading. Each of the two bedrooms has its own full bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience. When you’re ready to explore, you’ll love the walkable location — tons of restaurants, cafés, and late-night snack spots are just a short stroll away.

Outside, the beach access is just a short walk away. There is a communal pool (open seasonally, Memorial Day - Labor Day) that is a great spot to swim and enjoy the sunshine if you want a break from the sand. A grill is available for family BBQs, and an outdoor shower helps keep the condo comfortably sand free during your stay.

Guest Access:
Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Home to the famous first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a beautiful and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the beautiful OBX beaches!

Other Things to Note:
Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
