Booked room last minute via Expedia. Received reservation confirmation. Upon arrival, room reserved not available so Ramada upgraded us to an ocean view room to accommodate our needs. The room offered beautiful views of the beach/ocean. The tikki bar/restaurant was the happening place to be located inside the hotel. Great beach access. Clean linens. Bed was comfortable. Although the room itself was rather outdated, it was still a good experience to be so last minute.

If I could leave NO stars I would. First when we arrived the room was not ready at check in time and was told they don’t know when it will be available. Finally after over an hour of no room we was told our room is available. It was right by the elevator so very noisy and right by the bar outside so NO sleep was had because it was super noisy. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and made this horrible noise . We paid as much for this horrible , unclean and noisy room as we did for a penthouse in SC. The customer service was terrible. I do not recommend this place and would never stay there again or recommend to others it’s worthy . Save your money and find somewhere better it should not be hard to up the anti on this terrible outdated unfriendly place .

Very old property. The bath tub is old and needs renovation. Floors are sticky and carpet very dirty.
