  • Brand new construction! Kick back and relax in this brand new coastal modern cottage with spectacular sound views from every deck and the living area. The cottage is located on a beautiful street near the Bay Drive multi use path with several miles of biking and walking trail along the sound. The cottage is just a 1/2 mile to the ocean and 1/4 mile to public boat ramp. Perfect for families or groups with 8 or fewer We provide all the amenities you need for a relaxing beach vacation

    The best part of this home is the awesome sound views from all the decks and living area. The second floor of this home has an open concept floor plan. The modern kitchen has brand new slate appliances and is fully equipped to prepare family meals. There is a large dining table with stunning sound views. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas and 65” smart TV. There are 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed and tranquil spa like feel that carries into the primary bath with large tile surround shower and large vanity. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and coastal decor. The en suite bath has a shower/tub combo and also has access from the main living space. Both bedrooms have smart TVs. The laundry closet is also located on the second floor.

    The first floor has a second living space with kitchenette including a bar fridge, microwave, and 2nd coffee maker. There is a comfortable sofa with pull out bed that sleeps 2 as well as a large smart tv. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with coastal decor and sound view. The en suite bar has a shower/tub combo. The bonus living space is perfect for older guests that have trouble navigating stairs or a place for the kids to hang out and play provided board games away from the parents.

    There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and changing area to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach.

    We provide tons of amenities including coffee, sugar, creamer, dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and cleaning products. We also provide soap, shampoo and conditioner.

    Linens, bath towels and beach towels provided. We even supply beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. You really don’t need to bring anything

Our stay was tremendous. The environment was peaceful and relaxing. A great view of the sounds and the house was spacious and suited our needs to the fullest extent. The best part of it all is that we had great host.

Lovely home, comfy stay

We were lucky to have this new property for our Outer Banks stay. We were two family groups, and one generation had the downstairs unit and the other the upstairs. Great open living area and spacious rooms. We used it as a base for surfing and exploring the area. The hosts were great at sorting out our queries. Highly recommended.

The trip would have been better with more checks and balances by the host. 1) There was no propane in the grill. This should have been checked before we checked in. The host did fix once we notified her.2) There were some key small kitchen appliances that were not there such as an air fryer and griddle. 3) The beach chairs were in damaged condition. A couple of them were broke.4) With the number of guests in reservation, we should have been provided more towels.5) It would have been nice to have had facial tissues provided; this is something we have had at all of our other VRBO stays. I would have brought some if I had known they wouldn't provided them.6) We never found the remote control for fan in living room; the location the host told us did not have it located there.7) Host did respond when we inquired on issues.8) The actual house was very new and nice.

Great stay at a reasonable price

The property is in great shape and well maintained. The owners were regularly checking on us. The location is very accessible with many beaches within driving distance. Would recommend for families.
