Sunset On The Sound: Water Views | Pool Access

Sunset On The Sound is a brand new, end-unit townhome situated directly on the water in the private community of Colington Pointe. As the name implies, a thoughtfully designed layout utilizes a reverse floor plan to take full advantage of the incredible sound views and breathtaking sunsets. The open-concept great room features an electric fireplace and direct access to the sun deck for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Sunset On The Sound is an immaculate townhome, professionally decorated and constructed with quality finishes including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Three spacious bedrooms each have access to a private bath, ensuring privacy for everyone in your group. There's even a dedicated office on the top level located off the kitchen that provides a secluded space for remote work or school. When you arrive, unpacking will be a breeze using the elevator for luggage and groceries.

Situated at the end of Colington Pointe Drive, Building 301 offers the best views in the community and is considered the crown jewel of Colington Pointe. This charming sound-front community was designed for life on the water, with a boat ramp, canals, and a waterfront boardwalk perfect for dog-walking. Guests will also have access to the outdoor community pool.

Awesome place to stay! The elevator was super convenient for everyone in the family. I definitely recommend this place. Only negative was the pool water was freezing!

Comfortable and Serene stay

We had a nice and comfortable stay at this location. Although not beachfront, the view of the bay is still splendid and serene. The description of the townhouse is very accurate; each bedroom had a view of the bay and had it's own full bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and pots/pans to cook a meal (although you will need to bring condiments and spices). The pans and bakeware were a bit worn out (so those should be replaced). The location is within a fair distance (10-15 minutes) from a few touristy spots (ie. Sand dunes, Wright Brothers museum, lighthouse, beach, seafood restaurants). We did not use the pool so cannot comment on that aspect of the stay. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this place.

Trip over all was good had some rain days which are never enjoyable. Traffic as expected. Resturants always delicious. Construction of adjacent units not what you need to hear on vacation. Construction workers parking made it difficult to manage our vehicles. Beach time always makes for a good trip.

Beautiful mornings & evenings

Quite, calm, and peaceful. Lovely location. Friendly neighbors. And wonderful light in the house to enjoy the sunny mornings and evenings. The unit had most of the necessary house items needed to enjoy the week. It would have been nice to have a hand held shower wand for the outside shower. 😉
