OTTIMA POSIZIONE! L'Ocean Pearl è un classico bungalow da spiaggia OBX.
Questa casa da spiaggia vintage a Kill Devil Hills è stata costruita nel 1954 e si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto all'oceano e all'accesso alla spiaggia pubblica! E 'stato aggiornato di recente e decorato con decorazioni beachy in tutto. Dalle opere d'arte a tema spiaggia sulle pareti alle manopole stella marina sul comò e comodino in camera da letto matrimoniale, questo singolare LIVELLO, due camere da letto e un bagno casa vi accoglierà nel momento in cui passo attraverso la porta. Ci sono letti queen size in entrambe le camere e un letto pieghevole con due letti singoli per un ospite aggiuntivo. Le lenzuola sono fornite ma PER FAVORE PORTATE I VOSTRI ASCIUGAMANI E PRODOTTI DI CARTA ECC.

We love this bungalow! It’s perfect for my husband and me and our pup. Only one sandspur was found in the back yard. That is fabulous for a grassed yard at the beach. The fenced yard offered a safe place for our pup and privacy for us. No stairs was so convenient! House was clean and just as advertised. Loved the back sun porch where the nice washer and dryer was located. AND location to the beach access which has a handicap ramp and bathrooms was a blessing. An everything store and ice cream located on same street. Kitchen was well stocked to cook in home. Communication with host was fast and easy. Check in and out a breeze. We will return!! Thank you so much for letting us rent your home.

This house is PERFECT! It was amazingly clean. Great fenced in yard for the dogs. Beach access right across the street. The little store next to us was so convenient. They have everything! The owner was very easy to communicate with! Can’t wait stay here again.

Fantastic Location!

The Ocean Pearl was absolutely perfect. Not only was it literally across the street from the beach, it was across the street to beach access that has a lifeguard station and restrooms. The place was very clean. The couch was very comfortable. You could tell the refrigerator had just been cleaned because it was spotless and smelled good. My 10 year old dog appreciated the fact that no steps were required to get inside. The fenced in backyard was also nice for the dogs. I walked to the small store next store each morning for coffee. Yes, the place does have a good coffee maker, but it was just easier for me. We also walked the dogs to Dairy Queen which is very close. I have stayed in a lot of rentals and the Ocean Pearl is one of the best places I have stayed.

We've stayed numerous times at the Ocean Pearl while visiting the OBX. The location is fantastic and the house is perfect for us. Mindy and Donnie are the best hosts. We would definitely recommend staying at this gem!

Pawsitively Amazing!

Always look forward to our time at the Ocean Pearl! It’s the perfect spot for the pups with a fenced in yard for them to run and play or just sunbathe! The single story design allows my mother to easily get to everything in the house without having to go up and down stairs. Location is excellent— grab a snack and some sunscreen at Stop n shop before you cross the street for the beach!Communication is always excellent. We look forward to returning again next year!

We brought our 2 dogs and had a lovely time. The fenced in yard was PERFECT for letting our little guys out at night. The proximity to the beach and other destinations around the OBX was amazing. We highly recommend and hope to stay there again :-)

simply the best!

All aspects of our stay were exemplary. We like to do 4day jaunts (3 or 4 times a year in the off season) and have chosen small, pet friendly cottages close to the beach. Ocean Pearl checked every box and we definitely want to come back in October! Clean, bright and all the conveniences made our stay carefree. The fenced in yard is the best yet and great to just open the back door and let your baby rip!

Another fabulous 2 months at Ocean Pearl

This is our second year living in Kill Devil Hills for January & February. It breaks my heart to leave! Very comfortable home, clean, everything you need. Fenced in yard is great for the pups, nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. Food Lion & Publix close by. I would live here year round if I could. Mindy, the owner is a peach. Coming back next year - already booked.

Clean, cozy and centrally located plus dog friendly - what's not to love about the Ocean Pearl? This was our third visit since 2022 and we plan many more in the future. Thank you to the hosts, Mindy and Donnie, especially for allowing us to bring our dogs. We'll be back next year!
