I was surprised by a $50 deposit I was charged and was told it would be refunded in 3-5 days. There wasn’t any advertisements/notifications about that. ”

“The evening front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly. But the room itself was outdated and not what we expected from what the pictures online showed. The shower was dingy, there was soap scum on the sink, and there were a few hairs on one of the beds. Breakfast was decent. ”

“The pool was closed. Vending machine broken. Light switch in room did not work. Had to walk halfway into the room in the dark to turn on the lamp. Bathroom faucet was loose. ”
