The spacious chef's kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare meals for the whole group. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats eight, making it the perfect place to gather for meals, games, and conversation.

Designed with entertaining in mind, Summit View offers multiple spaces to relax and unwind. Enjoy the rustic entertainment and bar room, challenge friends and family to a game of ping pong, or spend the evening watching your favorite streaming shows on the impressive 65-inch entertainment center. A selection of board games provides even more opportunities for family fun.

The private loft serves as the primary suite, complete with an en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. Six additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while a separate sleeping area with two sets of bunk beds provides plenty of space for children or additional guests.

After a day on the slopes, hiking trails, golf course, or mountain biking adventures, relax in the private outdoor hot tub beneath the stars or soothe tired muscles in the private sauna. Things to keep in mind:

• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking occurs in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found on the property. This property is not pet-friendly for guest stays; however, the owners do have pets that occasionally visit the home. Guests with allergies should be aware that pet dander may be present.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this house.
• Guests do not have access to parking in the Garage.
• The driveway has a 5-car parking limit.
• 4WD is highly recommended. The house may not be accessible during the winter months without one.
• Firewood is provided for your convenience.
• A grill is at your disposal, but please keep in mind that you might need to refill the propane tank for your cooking needs. Enjoy your grilling!
• There are no shuttle services from the house.
