“Unfortunately, the hotel room was not clean upon arrival. The walls and other surfaces were visibly dirty and did not appear to have been properly wiped down. Overall, the cleanliness standards were disappointing and did not meet expectations.”

“YES, HOWEVER THEIR WAS AN EARLY MORNING FIRE ALARM THAT I WAS AWAKEN BY AND HAD TO CHECKOUT EARLY”

“All good. Staff efficient. Room clean and well stocked. Breakfast good. Checkout good. Enjoyed stay. No problems. Would use again.”

“Our room was clean but not the pull out trundle bed that goes under the couch. I had to notify staff and they came and changed the sheet but I was required still to make the trundle bed for my child. Staff were pleasant and pool was clean. Breakfast offered items for a child to eat like fruit loops. ”
