“Ive stayed here quite a few times, and you’re definitely getting what you pay for! Most recently, we had to change rooms because the cleanliness was below bare minimum. Staff was kind as usual, and changed our room immediately. There were 5+ burn holes in the “smoke free” room on the duvet cover, which also was covered in stains. There was also a massive hole punched into the wall with a towel shoved into it. I would not recommend sleeping here, but it has definitely become my go-to hotel to get...

“This is a great hotel with a lot of space. It’s very clean, has a friendly staff, and has a great breakfast! It’s convenient from the highway and close to many places in Chattanooga. We were only there overnight, but we really enjoyed going into Chattanooga. ”

“Overall we had a nice stay. The staff member who checked us in appeared to be new and needed to get approval to allow us to check in about 30 minutes early, and they weren’t able to answer some basic parking questions.
