“there was rubbish outside near the bushes, noticed it hadnt been picked up by room service staff as they passed it- several days. need a small desk in the room. fridge overflow tray from freezer had defrosted and overflowed- creating a towel soaking mess. bed was very hard, need a new mattress. parking very tight. location on the lake, swimming pool delightful. free washing machines great. ”

We arrived 4 hours before our check in time and asked to leave are bags at reception but were advised that our room was available and we were allowed to check in early which was brilliant. The complex is very well maintained and the pool was lovely. We would definitely stay there again. ”
