Welcome to your dream escape at Driftwood Shores, a brand-new lakeside community in Reeds Spring, MO. This stylish 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is perfect for families and groups, offering a fresh, comfortable stay just a short walk from Table Rock Lake’s swim dock.

For enhanced safety and property protection, we’ve partnered with Truvi - Know Your Guest. You will need to complete the guest screening process prior to your arrival.

We provide starter consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, etc. If these supplies are not sufficient for your stay, you can purchase additional items at nearby stores.

- **Parking**
- Please park in specified areas. Do not block driveways or park on the lawn.
- **Smoke-Free Property**
- This home and property are entirely smoke-free. Smoking or vaping on the premises is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, including odor, a $300 fine will be imposed.
- **Remote Controls**
- Please ensure all remotes are left at the property. A $25 fee will be charged for any missing remotes after your stay.
- **Consumables**
- We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee. If these supplies are insufficient, please purchase additional items at any nearby store.
- **Quiet Hours**
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of the neighbors during these times.
- **No Pets**
- Pets are not allowed at this property. If evidence of pets is found, a $300 fine will be imposed.
- **Parties**
- Parties are not allowed on the premises.
- **Cleaning Fees**
- **Excessive Cleaning:** A fee will be charged for excessive cleaning if the property requires additional attention beyond normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Stained or damaged linens
- Excessive trash or leftover food removal
- Significant cleaning beyond standard cleaning practices
- The fee for excessive cleaning will be determined based on the extent of the cleaning required.
- **Long-Term Stays**
- For stays over two weeks, a mid-stay inspection is required. There’s no charge unless cleaning is needed, which would be at the guest’s expense.
- **Security**
- Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
-**Grill**
- Grill must be cleaned after use. Cleaning tools provided under kitchen sink. If grill is left dirty a 50.00 cleaning charge will be billed to you.

Great house for our family! We had a large crew of all ages and everyone enjoyed the stay! Would for sure come back. Communication was absolutely great! Didn’t rate the pool because there wasn’t one or I don’t think there was?? It was also December in Missouri. Great place to stay!!
