Our Woodhaven #1 home has 7 bedrooms / 6.5 bathrooms with 5 king en-suites. Enjoy gorgeous views of Table Rock Lake from this modern lake house with free-flowing spaces designed for entertaining. Located on the middle tier of the resort, this is an end unit offering a bit of privacy with no neighbors on one side, and a short walk to the infinity pool and hot tub. Views will vary by unit but will be similar to the pictures.

This modern, three-level lake house features 3 spacious bedrooms and a full walkout basement, perfect for families or groups. The open living area flows seamlessly into a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island for gathering and meal prep. Enjoy plenty of seating with a dining table for 6-8, an island bar, and two screened-in deck tables overlooking the lake. The home boasts multiple king en-suite bedrooms, a game room with shuffleboard, and a private hot tub on the covered patio. With stylish furnishings and thoughtful amenities throughout, this is the ideal spot to relax and make lasting memories.

PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT BOOKING RULES
These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)
