“My husband and I enjoyed a two night stay!! Bedroom was clean and bed was comfortable, we used the hot tub one night and was nice and relaxing…Yvonne was a great hostess and made us feel at home!! She made amazing breakfasts for the 2 mornings we stayed there!! I highly recommend.”

“Our three-night stay at Canada’s Best Value Inn & Suites Vernon was unacceptable from beginning to end. When we arrived, the person checking us in immediately complained that we had booked through a third-party platform. He repeatedly emphasized that the hotel would receive only approximately $400 even though we had paid around $550 for the three nights. That was completely irrelevant to us as paying guests. If the hotel does not want customers booking through third-party websites, it should...

“We booked 3 rooms. Lock was not working in one of the rooms. We had to put our luggage infront of the door. Iron was missing in a room. Overall the experience was terrible. We won’t recommend this place.”
