“The apartment's location is excellent, just a short walk from the Rosebank mall. However, several issues during our stay left a sour taste. Upon arrival, we noticed a musty smell in the sofa or throw rug, despite spraying with Lysol. Additionally, the walls and ceiling showed signs of cracks. Maintenance issues were also a concern, with three non-functional outlets and a leaking washer/dryer. While the host was responsive, a pre-check inspection would have revealed these problems. “Marelyn and Ron were wonderful hosts. The reason for my visit was to attend a friend's funeral and they were so kind and thoughtful, that it made a difficult time just a little easier. My room was spacious, comfortable and the garden courtyard was the perfect spot to relax and listen to the birds!
