The surroundings are truly beautiful, perfect for cycling along the Rotte and its windmills. “A lovely lodge in a very pleasant park. Some noisy neighbours the first two nights but the rest of the week was very quiet and thankfully sunny! (in June so still school term time ). Pool was quiet - in fact on one day we had both the indoor and outdoor pools to ourselves! Very friendly staff - a really great base for our travels. An oven glove and a veg peeler would have been helpful in the kitchen. ”
