“The room was very clean and every staff member that I encountered was very pleasant. I love that you get free dinner and free breakfast with your stay and that they allow dogs. I didn’t bring mine this time but it’s nice to know that’s an option when we go visit my daughter in college!”

“When I walked into the room it smelled like smoke (got a non-smoking room). Light didn’t work in the bathroom, the bed cover was stained. There was no way I was gonna sleep in that bed. Even the guy cleaning was dirty. I went back to the front desk and told them. They gladly refunded my money, the only problem was I don’t know where they credited it to because I never received it.
