Brand New Modern Tahoe "Cabin"

Cabina nuovissima e moderna che confina con la terra di proprietà statale che consente uno spazio aggiuntivo e una splendida vista sulla foresta. Questa dimora artigianale personalizzata dispone di tre ampie camere da letto e due e metà bagni moderni e puliti.  Il piano superiore è concepito per la vita familiare con cucina a vista e soggiorno con soffitti a volta con soffitto in pietra e linguetta Alder, un drammatico camino a gas dal pavimento al soffitto con TV LED da 46 "montata con cavo e funzionalità di streaming wireless da il dispositivo di tua scelta.  La cucina di design ha elettrodomestici moderni, un sacco di spazio di archiviazione ed è ben fornita di stoviglie ed elettrodomestici che ti piacerebbe per una vacanza confortevole.  C'è anche un bar per la colazione e una zona pranzo separata che si affaccia sul tranquillo cortile sul retro.  Fuori dallo spazio abitativo è un bel ponte dove si può godere di una calda notte d'estate.


La camera da letto principale è anche al piano superiore, ha un letto King, televisore a schermo piatto con funzionalità di streaming, due armadi e accesso a un bagno padronale privato e con doccia con cabina doccia di grandi dimensioni, doppio lavabo e vasca da bagno. 


Le camere da letto due e tre e un bagno completo con lavanderia sono al piano inferiore. La prima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un televisore e la seconda una cuccetta Pyramid che può ospitare tre persone con facilità. Entrambe le camere si affacciano sul cortile sul retro e sull'ampio garage per due auto che manterrà il veicolo al sicuro e asciutto nelle notti invernali. In quelle splendide giornate estive, naviga fino al lago su una delle biciclette fornite!


Tutti i 1740 piedi quadrati di questa casa sono pieni di campane e fischietti moderni; 7-9 persone ospiti tra cui il divano letto nel soggiorno.  Non rimarrete delusi dopo aver soggiornato in questa vera baita Tahoe!

Had a great stay beautiful home, only complaint was that every bed in the house had dog hair on it so we had to wash the blankets . Other than that it was a nice stay. Quiet neighborhood daytime and at night. I would definitely book again.

Family getaway. Nice home with easy drive to beach and stores. Too far to walk for little kids, or if carrying anything. Way back is uphill. Nice woodsy feel and layout.

The location is super for biking or hiking - great trails accessible right from the neighborhood. Spacious rooms in the cabin, comfortable beds, and communication with property management was good. When we arrived the screen door to the deck was broken, and by our 3rd day they sent out a person to repair it. Kitchen could use a few more big bowls, cutting boards, etc for entertaining, but all in all the the home was lovely. 4 cruiser bikes were a nice addition (but the ride uphill is a bit of a workout :)

We spent a long weekend here with four adults, a toddler, and a baby. The house was perfect and easy to get to the beach. The kitchen was nice and all the beds were comfy. The only thing that could have made this better was a baby gate we could put up because the stairs were fairly steep and right in the main area where our toddler wanted to play.

My granddaughter and I came to Tahoe to meet my best friend and niece and this home fit us all perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked to make meals, the dining room table was perfect for game night and I loved the master bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we felt very safe in the home. There was quite a bit of snow yet so we weren’t able to use the bikes in the garage or the outdoor furniture but appreciated the option had it been dryer outside.

We really enjoyed the stay at the property. It's clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. It's only minutes' drive from the King's beach and Safeway market. I gave it a five star for the experience. One suggestion that will make the experience even better is to replace some of the worn out frying pans. Would like to come back to this place next time in Tahoe.

This was our first trip with our 2 small kids & we really wanted to be able to just relax. It was important we let the kids explore and play with each other, and not have to worry about getting things done or keeping in the kids in the car for constant driving around town. This place was perfect for exactly that! My 2 year old had fun exploring the house and the off season snow fall we had. Our baby enjoyed the light show of the fireplace. And mom & dad we’re able to relax quite a bit and play with the kiddos. The town was not far at all, so runs to the grocery or to restaurants were easy. We will definitely be looking into renting this house again in the future!!

We had an overall great stay. However, some some of the pots and dishes were not clean. The inside of the dishwasher had detergent wrappers and food. The 2nd floor half bath had a broken lock and you would get trapped and need help to get out. The snow plow did not come regularly and came at 1am one time and woke us up. We tried to call management during power outage and no answer. The TV above the mantel was too high and hurt your neck trying to watch it. Despite all of this, the neighborhood and the home was very nice. Neighbors were nice and we enjoyed snowball fights and sledding in the yard. It was a beautiful home with many nice upgrades and close to the grocery store and restaurants. Only minutes away from Northstar. Master bedroom and bath were spacious with comfortable bedding. Our kids appreciated the TV in their room too. It was a wonderful White Christmas getaway, one we will never forget!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is so roomy and lovely. The kitchen was well stocked and the barbecue came in very handy. The neighborhood was great and walking to the town was fun. It would have been helpful to have an umbrella out on the deck as the sun was always there and I it got very warm. The master suite was terrific and large. We all really enjoyed our time there.

5 traveling friends for an adventure closer to home. Loved the house. It was perfect for the 5 of us. Kings beach is a great location. Walk to town but long haul back. Better to drive. Property was clean. Beds were very good and this was my worry. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Everything in working order. Would definitely recommend. And would stay again. We loved staying in this new, pristine property! The house is beautiful, and sits in a peaceful location in the mountains, but not far from the restaurants and beach. We had a great stay!
