Enchanted Forest Lodge in Kings Beach - Near beach and town

Enchanted Forest cabin is a great home for your group to enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer! Located close to the beach, hiking AND major resorts, there are activities galore for all ages. The cozy cabin is equipped to handle your group gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs, and the entertainment space in the living room allow all to enjoy the fireplace. There is a large fenced in private yard for the kids to enjoy all year long. Enjoy the salt water hot tub and backyard games are provided for use!

The bedrooms are spread out throughout the home. Downstairs is the larger bedroom with a comfortable king bed. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two rooms have queen beds the fourth hosts a Queen bed with twin over for the kids.

Location:
Kings Beach offers a wide variety of activities for the whole group. Downtown Kings Beach has restaurants, shopping, and groceries. The very popular and large Kings Beach has options for kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, and more. In the Winter months, Northstar, Mt. Rose, Diamond Peak are all within close distance. Please visit our website and follow our “Tahoe Guide” with updated things to do in your specific area.

Parking:
Parking is available for 3 cars at the home. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 9 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

The host was responsive. The house was very nice and met our needs. I’d love to stay there in the summer. Pay attention to the bear warnings as we had one come check out our bear box but he moved on as it was secured!

This cabin is absolutely adorable out front, very cozy looking. We had a nice stay but it is very very dark inside even with the curtains open. It’s also on the smaller side, but the square footage is listed. We did however fit well for the most part, it’s just very compact. We stayed in the room that had the king bed and used the downstairs bathroom which was on the older side. The upstairs had more updated bathrooms and showers. It was a little hot upstairs, but had enough fans for every room which was nice. I found long human hair on the pillows and sheets where our kids slept, which made me wonder if the beds were clean. I also found hair on the pillows in the king bedroom. I got the feeling that the cabin wasn’t super clean, and since everything was really dark I’m sure it hid the dirt/stains. We were able to take our French bulldog which nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. I also wish I would have known that there would be towels provided because I packed towels for my whole family. It also would have been nice to know the shed had a lot of useful things for example a wagon and kayak. We packed our wagon for the trip which took up room. One huge issue was the loud noises from across the street. I don’t know if it’s a work site, for hours on end the first couple days there were workers cutting and chipping trees. It was nice to have a fire pit and a hot tub. It was also walking distance to beach. For the money I would try a different place next time.

Tahoe Cabin Comforts

Perfect Tahoe cabin experience. Warm and inviting. Super clean!! Deck right off the kitchen/dining area perfect for outdoor eating and family entertaining. Beds very comfortable. Slept great and no complaints at all. One thing…host does not provide beach chairs/umbrella so plan accordingly. I flew in from East coast and rented two chairs and one umbrella 50. Not a problem at all. We support local business but just a heads up. Tahoe Rental Company got back answering questions right away. Thank you for a fabulous Tahoe vacation.

Perfect place for a family

We have stayed here a few times. Love the yard with so many places to relax and play. Totally walkable to the lake and places to eat and shop. We will definitely come back. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

Enjoyed the Stay

Overall the property was fine. Positives:-Great communication from the property managers. -Backyard was great. -Kitchen had everything you need to cook-Games were available that our kids enjoyed-Easy location to Kings Beach-Easy use of the TVs with login date and such so you don't have to worry about logging out-Bathrooms are nice--there is an especially large one upstairsThings to consider:-It is small for 9 people, which we thought might be the case. It worked well since we were out skiing, but we couldn't all fit on the couches or at the table together. -The house is dark because of all of the wood--during the day it isn't an issue at all, but in the winter at night, it definitely felt a bit dark. Overall we really enjoyed it and appreciate all the information.

Great Management!

Cool little cabin style house. Management was amazing. Only bad thing? Gardeners showed up with power tools at 7:20 am! Argghh! Great times though, clean and convenient. Pics are a bit misleading, making everything look bigger. But that's typical. All in all a great experience.

Tahoe visit

We had a lovely time staying at this location. The lake was a short ten minute or so walk away, the house was clean and very well stocked and the back yard was really fun for kids. Highly recommend!

Homey Cabin By King’s Beach

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The cabin was clean and there was plenty of room for the nine of us. There are so many things to do in the area…hiking, biking, river rafting, and more. We loved the easy walk to King’s Beach and the host provided all the gear needed for a comfortable day lounging on the beach. Thank you for the memories! Karen and family

Great house for a summer week on the lake

Really appreciated the fully stocked beach equipment shed. Kayaking on the lake early in the AM was my favorite part of the trip. (Four kayaks, life vests, beach chairs, cooler - awesome). House was clean and kitchen had what we needed. Thanks!
