Lake Daze in Kings Beach

Escape to the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe in this stylishly updated 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, ideally located in the heart of Kings Beach. Just minutes from the sparkling waters of the lake and the world-class slopes of Northstar Resort, this spacious retreat is perfect for families, groups, and outdoor enthusiasts alike.
Thoughtfully remodeled, the home offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere with a blend of modern comfort and casual elegance. The main floor features an open-concept living area, dining space, a well-equipped kitchen, and a convenient half bath. You'll also find a versatile bedroom with a queen Murphy bed and ensuite bathroom—perfect as a guest room or private home office.

Upstairs, three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom provide plenty of space and privacy for everyone. With two and a half bathrooms in total, the home is designed for both comfort and convenience.

Whether you're here for summer fun or winter adventures, Kings Beach is the perfect base. Walk to local restaurants, shops, and the expansive public beach, or hit the slopes at nearby Northstar, Mount Rose, or Diamond Peak. Or travel to the east and visit Alpine, Homewood and Palisades. For outdoor lovers, hiking and biking trails await just steps from the end of the quiet cul-de-sac

Parking:
Parking is available for 3 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property ,may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

The house was clean and updated but there was an infestation of carpenter ants. Also, several smoke detectors were chirping throughout the house because the batteries had not been replaced so we had to take them out completely. I contacted the community manager and never heard back. Also, there is not much outdoor (yard) space. Fits 8 people well, in my opinion. Check-in was easy and for the most part the listing was accurate.

This home was conveniently located for our trip to North Lake Tahoe. We were in town for a softball tournament and wanted something close to the Tahoe Vista area, and this property was perfect. When we arrived, we were delighted with the space. While the backyard seemed to be in a bit of a transition, the house itself was very well equipped with everything we needed—except for a microwave. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay!

The condition of the house was great! Renovated and very clean. There was no microwave which made it tough with kids. And the back door didn’t have a patio which was unfortunate the doors were locked shut, which is understandable as it’s a steep drop out. Other than that it was a great stay, great location and parking was a breeze!
