Tahoe forest escape just 5 min to Kings Beach & Lake Tahoe and 10 min to Northstar Resort! Enjoy the seasonal pool, hot tub & sauna after a day skiing, biking, or relaxing at the beach. SUP and beach chairs included! Trails begin right outside the condo, connecting to the Tahoe Rim Trail & North Tahoe Regional Park.

This newly remodeled 430 sq ft studio blends cozy mountain charm with modern comfort—perfect for any Tahoe season. Just 5 minutes to Lake Tahoe and Kings Beach for summer swims, kayaking, and fall sunsets, and a quick drive to Northstar for winter skiing and snowboarding and downhill mountain biking in the summer.

We provide one inflatable SUP, 2 beach chairs, and an umbrella to enjoy at the lake!

Enjoy hiking and mountain biking trails right outside the condo, connecting to the Tahoe Rim Trail and North Tahoe Regional Park, which offers beautiful views of the lake on hiking trails and a ropes course and groomed cross-country ski trails and a snow play area in winter.

Inside, unwind by the gas fireplace on a new hybrid memory foam queen bed or sleeper sofa, with a well-appointed kitchen and dining area. Relax in the year-round hot tub or seasonal pool (Memorial Day–September), and don’t miss the vintage 1970s clubhouse—a nostalgic hangout with ping pong, pool, comfy sofas, and saunas in the bathrooms.

Guests have full access to the entire condo except for one small owners closet which is locked. Other amenities with access on the property include a laundry room with washers and dryers which require payment, pool, spa, clubhouse (table tennis, pool table, air hockey, lounge area with gas fireplace), and saunas.

We are available to interact with guests between 8 am - 9 pm for non urgent inquiries. Please call or text us 24x7 for any urgent needs. You can also call our local contact with any urgent need. The name and number of our local contact is posted on the front door.

This condo is centrally located amongst the sugar pine forests in North Lake Tahoe and close in proximity to popular King`s beach (5 min) and Northstar ski resort (10 min). Enjoy a serene wooded neighborhood feel with the ease of quick access. The neighborhood is quiet with access to the Tahoe National Forest and Tahoe Rim Trail just steps away from the front door.

King`s Beach is a cute lakeside village that offers multiple beaches, shopping, restaurants, boating, and many more activities. It is a very popular location with tourists and locals alike. One of our favorite summer activities is to go to free Friday night concerts on King`s Beach June - August.

Northstar is our closest ski resort. This is an all inclusive ski resort with world class ski slopes as well as a village featuring multiple restaurants, shops, and a movie theater. Northstar also offers downhill mountain biking during summer months.

The easiest way to access this property is by using a private vehicle.

There is free shuttle service to any north Lake Tahoe and Truckee locations using TART connect. Simply download the app and a TART shuttle will come and get you and take you to your desired location.

There is a train station in Truckee (about 20 min drive away) and you can take public transportation from the station via the TART shuttle.

It`s about a 15 minute bike ride from our condo to downtown King`s beach.

There are a few stairs to access the condo entrance. The condo is located on the first floor.

Please also note that this condo abuts beautiful national forests. There are trails and meadows right outside your door. This also means that you may encounter forest animals like deer, raccoons, chipmunks, owls, stellar jays, bears, and coyotes. Bears have been known to visit the condo complex in search of food. The bears can get into trash dumpsters, cars, and condos that have not been properly locked and secured. Therefore, please do not leave any food in your car or on the deck. Please lock the sliding glass door when you are not in the condo. Please dispose of all trash in the dumpster located in the adjacent parking lot and please lock up the dumpster properly.

Please familiarize yourself with the rules posted in the House Manual.

If you use the SUP, kindly prepare it for the next guest`s use. Please dry and wipe it clean, deflate it, fold it neatly, and place it in the carrying bag (3 fins, paddle, leash, pump, and pump hose). Place it back in the wooden chest. If the SUP is not cleaned and put back properly, we will charge you an additional $50 cleaning fee to pay our cleaners for their time and inconvenience.
