“Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are extremely helpful and responsive. Breakfast is more along the lines of light snacks but would definitely stay here again. ”

“It’s an older property and the bathrooms need to be updated. Painting the original Pink Tile white is Not an Upgrade. The Room was Ok it wasn’t great. But it’s Not expensive either for being in Los Gatos so that’s a plus. Thomas H.”

“Looks like brand new property but it was spotless and VERY quiet at night. We had 2 small dogs but were worried they might bark at noises they weren't used to but we could hardly hear anything including people coming and going from their rooms or the elevator (which our room was fairly close to). Everything was great and staff were very helpful and courteous.”

“Horrible practice of putting children on 2nd floors, sounded like a heard of elephants over our heads we were literally just there to sleep, but it started in first thing in the am, loud slams I had to call the front office. We were placed by an outside access door that slammed the whole time as well. The room had one chair and it was coming apart, decor needs updating. “Everything was excellent. The suite was so well appointed and had everything you could possibly need in the kitchenette. (Lots more useful kitchen items could be borrowed from reception too!) Great choice of breakfast was included. The lobby had great lounging and dining areas. There was a launderette. Such a convenient location for Doentiwn and Diridon Station. ”

“Hotel was conveniently located. The entire hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was simple, but had every thing we needed. Coffee and tea was available 24/7, we loved that. My only suggestion would be that they change sheets every other day.”
