The picturesque village of Syderstone is perfectly situated in the heart of the beautiful Norfolk countryside, and is within easy reach of Sandringham House, Houghton Hall and the 25,000 acre Holkham Estate. Syderstone has a delightful common which offers approximately four square miles of land to explore, which is rich in wildlife, ideal for dog walks. There are plenty of beautiful nature reserves in the area, including RSPB Snettisham and Pensthorpe Natural Park, or you can take a boat trip out to see the seals near Blakeney Point. The coast is just a few miles away, with beautiful harbour towns and seaside resorts including Wells-next-the-Sea, Brancaster, and Hunstanton. Nearby towns and villages include Burnham Market, Holt, Fakenham and Kings Lynn.

On entering this pretty and traditional Norfolk cottage you will find yourself in the cosy and welcoming lounge. With a traditional wood burner, Smart TV with Netflix and plenty of comfy seating, this is an ideal space to relax in at the end of a great day. You will also find a lovely dining room which can accommodate up to six guests. Going into the attractively designed kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge with ice compartment. Exploring the ground floor further you will find a comfortable bunk bedroom, which is only suitable for children. There’s also an en-suite shower room complete with WC. Going up to the first floor, the steep cottage style twisting stairs take you, via a gate, directly into a delightful double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which is complete with a freestanding bath and WC.

Stepping outside, you will find a charming enclosed (dog proof) garden with table, chairs and a summer house, allowing you to relax and dine al fresco. On street parking, along the verge, opposite the cottage
