  • Questa proprietà è una vera delizia, situata in una posizione eccellente che offre un ambiente tranquillo con opportunità di scoprire la costa .. Piano terra:

    Cucina / sala da pranzo: con piano cottura elettrico, forno a microonde, frigorifero e lavatrice.
    Bagno: con doccia e vasca (senza WC).

Questo delizioso cottage a tre stelle, spazioso, si trova ai margini del villaggio in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa e costituisce una splendida base per una vacanza rilassante, con molte opportunità per scoprire la costa del North Norfolk. Il villaggio di vela di Brancaster Staithe è di 4 miglia. Ci sono magnifiche spiagge a Brancaster, Holkham e Wells e la località balneare di Hunstanton è a soli 20 minuti di auto. Ci sono santuari di uccelli a Titchwell, Scolt Head e Blakeney e facilmente raggiungibili sono campi da golf a Brancaster, Sheringham e Hunstanton e molti edifici storici tra cui Houghton Hall, Holkham, Oxburgh Hall, Blickling e Felbrigg. Ideally located cottage, the coast is a short car journey away. The cottage is very comfortable, in a quiet location, although there is some minor traffic noise at times. Overall I would recommend this cottage for a holiday in north Norfolk.

We spent a lovely week at The Barn.

We spent a lovely week at The Barn. It was very well situated for trips to the marshes and to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and we did appreciate the large fridge-freezer and the dishwasher. We were lucky to have good weather so had breakfast on the patio a number of times. We would be keen to return. Thank you!

The cottage was very warm and comfy. The first place I have ever stayed that had a lovely comfortable settee. The kitchen was light and spacious. Wild ducks and rabbits running around the garden. If the toilet had been upstairs I would have given 5 stars.

A most pleasant and comfortable cottage that is located in a quiet area.

A most pleasant and comfortable cottage that is located in a quiet area. The property is light and airy with triple aspect windows in the lounge and kitchen. All the rooms were of a good size and it was a pleasure to stay there. The garden was of a good size and is next to a large open field which had cattle in during our stay. We awoke to the dawn chorus of the local bird life, and often saw ducks, rabbits and pheasants close by. Although there are not many local amenities in the village, it is only a short drive to a variety of towns that offer good shopping facilities and restaurants etc. The local roads are also most pleasant for cycling, with little traffic and lovely views. A word of warning though, is that despite the famous quote that Norfolk is 'flat', North Norfolk certainly is not! Lovely beaches close by, our favourites being Brancaster and Holme. Great area for walking, with the Peddars Way and the North North Coastal path and a good variety of local footpaths. We will definitely return to this cottage, and wish to thank the owners for letting out their property and giving us an opportunity to visit this lovely part of the world.
