Un piccolo cottage situato ai margini del suggestivo villaggio di pescatori di Hope Cove, a 300 m da 2 spiagge, dalla SW Coast Path, dal pub e dal negozio del villaggio. Fa parte di un piccolo complesso turistico chiamato Thornlea Mews.

La proprietà può ospitare comodamente 4 in due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una doppia), con cucina a vista, soggiorno, sala da pranzo e bagno con doccia adiacente. È meravigliosamente leggero grazie all'ampiezza delle finestre della casa che rivelano le viste della campagna attraverso il suo prato comune verso la valle di fronte.

La proprietà è ben fornita di tutto il necessario, tra cui forno a microonde, cucina elettrica, frigorifero, macchina da caffè Nespresso, TV e lettore DVD e banda larga ad alta velocità gratuita. C'è un bagnetto e seggiolone, nonché posate e piatti per bambini. Inoltre c'è una lavanderia in comune con lavatrice e asciugatrice a gettoni c. 20 metri dalla porta di casa. Viene fornita la biancheria da letto, un asciugamano e un tappetino da bagno in bagno, un canovaccio e guanti da forno, detersivo per i piatti, strofinaccio pulito e setaccio. Gli asciugamani da bagno saranno forniti dall'inizio di ottobre 2019, fino ad allora, chiediamo agli ospiti di fornire i propri asciugamani da bagno.

La proprietà si trova all'interno di due acri di deliziosi giardini condivisi con prato verde. I giardini sono in gran parte informali, con area barbecue comune e tavoli da picnic e ampie aree con prato verde, ideali per giocare. La proprietà si trova alla fine di 3 proprietà simili, cui si accede tramite 2 piccoli passi dal parcheggio e separata dal resto dello sviluppo con la propria sezione dedicata del giardino.

SWCP stop off

Great property for a getaway and lovely location. Amazing sunsets and walks and people very friendly. Just a short drive away to Salcombe. Definitely recommend. Host comms were excellent.

Gorgeous mini break

We loved our stay. The chalet was bijou but very clean, well equipped and comfortable. There was wonderful outdoor space and lots of games for the kids . We could walk to the beach in only a few minutes. We highly recommend.

Lovely location. Clean and well equipped

This is a lovely property and well equipped, and very well located in Hope Cove. Good food in the village and lovely walks. The only downside is that the location of the property on site is not obvious as there is another No.3. The guide book once inside the property explains the location! help!

Great little holiday cottage

We had a lovely stay in the cosy cottage for three nights - once inside it is well laid out with everything you need and tastefully furnished. Lovely views out over the countryside and being no 3 at the end of the row no one walks pass you, so more private than the other two. Really useful fields to wander round which our dog enjoyed and ideally situated being a very short stroll into Hope Cove. We had a wonderful time and the sun shone ☀️ what more could you ask for!

Excellent property for relaxing break

Absolutely incredible property, very clean, everything you need was available. The beds were really comfortable, rooms were spacious & everywhere was fully equipped. Bathroom was spotless with a lovely wslk in shower. We took my 82 year old mom, to get to the property there is a steep slope followed by very steep steps down so not ideal for people with mobility issues, i think this needs to be mentioned in the advert. Having sayd that once you're down there the property is easy to get around. Walking to the beach would also be an issue for people with mobility issues as its down a hill with no pavements. Overall it's a perfect little getaway though with stunning views.

Basic but perfect

A great position near lovely beaches. Although the grounds were communal it was spacious and well maintained. The property was as expected and all that was required for our holiday. Without the sun, activities would have been limited but great for walking and we witnessed some spectacular sunsets!

Perfect for relaxing coastal getaway

Lovely accommodation with everything you’ll need for a well needed getaway. Within a few minutes walk of the Hope Cove beaches and coastal walks. Our stay was only for a few days but would be well suited to longer stay and we hope to go back to do just that.

Great Find, Five Minutes Walk to the Beach!

This property is very comfortable and immaculately clean with everything needed for a short stay. The decor is on a blue and white theme and there is plenty of light streaming through the windows. Our dog enjoyed the outside space which consisted of a large, grassed area and when we stayed, it was surprisingly private. Picnic tables, deck chairs and parasol all available. The only thing the cottage lacked was a sea view. The village of Hope Cove with two beaches, was only five minutes walk from the property and the coast path ran through the houses, so great for families, walkers or those after the coast. The village also boasts several good places to eat and a friendly post-office/store with a place to tie up your dog outside. We loved Hope Cove and the property. Hope you do too!

Long weekend in Hope Cove

We had a great time staying in the cabin. It’s very well located in Hope Cove. Just a drive away from Dartmoor National Park and a hike or short drive away from Salcombe. It was wonderful to stay at!

'bolt hole'

Very peaceful, lots of thoughtful touches and well equipped. Just one small issue. Driving out of car park - can the grass bank to the right be cut right back regularly. It is a total blind spot.

Highly recommend

Hope Cove is a lovely place and this is the ideal home to stay in. It's got all the things you need, is charming and comfortable, with a beautiful large garden and is a 3 minute walk down to the life at the beach. What more can you ask for? I would not recommend arriving late at night, as it's not simple to find unless you've established exactly where it is before setting off (Google maps sent us to a post box near by). Great communication with the owners when I stupidly lost the key, which gives good peace of mind. Will definitely stay again.

Homely accommodation in a fantastic location

3 Brook Cottage is a well equipped, small & cosy place to stay. Yes it is small but it has comfy beds, hot shower and a well equipped kitchen including a nespresso coffee machine. You look out to a beautiful outdoor space too. Hope Cove is a hidden gem and is absolutely beautiful. 2 beaches, 2 pubs, a fantastic art/craft shop and a general store what more do you need?

Great Cottage and location

Lovely well appointed cottage with all the facilities you need. Comfortable beds great views on to the countryside. Nice and quiet with large grounds. Parking on site. 5 minute walk to the beach and some great eating places.

Fantastic hidden gem

We had a fantastic few days at the property, it has great grounds and the space is ideal for a couple plus pets. The walk into Hope cove takes a couple of minutes and the community vibe on the cove is brilliant. The kitchen is well equipped with bits and pieces to enable you to cook every day if you require. Lots of space and places to put your own things. Comfy beds and a cool study area next to the main bedroom. The bathroom is small, but fine for two. Heating works really well and keeps you cosy, the shower is also nice and hot after a days walking of which there is brilliant access to footpaths and the coastal path. All in all a brilliant stay; will look forward to returning to Hope Cove.

Oasis of calm

Fabulous stay in this beautiful little cottage. 3 in a row and it was just us so didn’t feel overlooked at all. Lovely furnishings internally, albeit different from website photos. It had everything we needed. Location was best for us. Decent car park and easy walk to the lovely Hope Cove. Friendly locals. Fab fish and chips in The Cove and local beer in The Hope and Anchor. Minutes from Salcombe and close to loads of attractions. We liked Torcross and Slapton Sands, Thurlestone and Bantham to name but a few. If you’re not sure, book it, you won’t be disappointed!
