"Clean room staff was not accommodating.. my anniversary wasn't the best after driving 3 hours and passing up 3 other casinos to be there.. I was told because I booked through a 3rd party I couldn't have the spa side of the hotel! The website didn't make it clear there was another hotel on site.. ..."

"Clean room and bed. Hot shower, fluffy towels that werent scratchy. Went to a concert at 4 Winds and we were going to use the shuttle but it was an easy enough drive and felt safe coming back and parking after."
