“Great room”

“Room was filthy thermostat was hanging off the wall., was eventually given a new room and what’s that room the TV kept freezing up, I cannot load the pictures in here, I have of the first room, that room was unacceptable. I should never have been given that room in the first place make sure you think the amount of dust that was on that lamp. How clean was the bed that I slept on?”

“Front desk woman rude. I get it’s a best western but the bed must have been 50 years old. The carpet was disgusting. The bathroom door didn’t close.”

“Musty, damp, chemical overkill with scented either industrial spray or detergent just awful. AC does not work front desk wasn’t reachable. Never again not as pictured. No soap. Just skip it.”
