“Un appartamento comodissimo, ben arredato, pulito e con tutti i confort. Il proprietario gentilissimo e pieno di attenzioni ha soddisfatto pienamente i nostri desideri. Ci è dispiaciuto anche per questo andar via da quest’isola meravigliosa. Vicino al mare.”

“After booking l found alot of negative reviews, happily it wasn't too bad. the island accommodation all seems to be in need of some TLC. I chooser this place as it had water views in case the weather wasn't good while we were there and we;d have something to look at. The windows we disgusting and it was difficult to see out, the second reason was it had a BBQ- however there was no BBQ and you couldn't use the oven it hadn't been cleaned for sometime and obviously because there was no BBQ it had...

“Well equipped house with large open-plan living area which was very comfortable for a four-night stay. Would have liked a can-opener to be provided. Good quiet location but handy to town and easy to get out to sight-seeing places. However I question value for money for a couple.”

“We stayed 3 nights at Fairview Beach House. Great view. Short walk to the water. Sleeps up to 11, great for a family get away. Could do with a good garden tidy up, front and back. View a bit cut off. And a bit of TLC with the internal doors. But all needs provided for and in good proximity to Kingscote for supplies. Emu Bay is a beautiful spot. Will be back one day.”

“Property was in a great location. Island beach is so beautiful. Very well equipped and the slow cooker was a bonus. Overall nice and clean, although there were empty bottles and cans all over the fish cleaning sink which we couldnt use. This was cleaned up however at the end of our trip. Beds were a bit firm for my liking but clean and warm. Had some visits by local kangaroos, wallabies and the beautiful birds on KI and also some local chooks! A bit of a hick up when we arrived to locked doors...

“It was Simply an amazing stay at Kangaroo Island Bayview Villas. We stayed only for 2 nights and we regret not spending more time there. The view from the house is stunning and the villa is just perfect. At Kingscote you can find local shops and restaurants and it is a 30/40 minutes drive to every major attraction on the Island.”

“Nice coastal style accomodation. Very family friendly place with lots of outdoor space for kids. BBQ area on the back yard. Lovely front porch for cup of tea or coffee. We liked our stay at this house!”

“We stayed here with our family of five. The house had everything we needed and was was located on a quiet street. We particularly loved that we could just walk over the sand dune at the back of the house and we had a piece of the beach which was so private and protected. The kids and dog loved running in and out of the shallow water and trying to find crabs hiding under the rocks.”
