“Breakfast could be better. Oat meal homemade eggs with out cheese ”

“Shower head was leaking and water pressure was very low.”

“Well, first of all the woman at the front desk was not very friendly and not very informative about places to eat. The hallways were dirty. The room was dirty. The toilet didn’t work. It was extremely loud in our room. We heard everyone else I could hear TVs from other rooms people walking by all through the night. The walls were paper thin also the breakfast was horrible just bagels, hard-boiled eggs, and coffee. Do not go there.”

“Pro: can’t be the price. The room was good for a overnight highway stop. They also accept pets, which was helpful and have parking on site. Cons: the lobby and stairs were smelly, but the room itself was fine. ”

“We booked a suite room with Jetted tub (2 queen beds) at Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Kingsland through Expedia like 5 weeks prior to our actual staying dates. We were on our way there and gave a call to the hotel to let them know what time we would be there. The front desk lady said that our room was no longer available due to it wasn’t booked through them but third party Expedia. She said she would provide us a regular 2 double bed room. Can you imagine the hotel was quiet for whole 5...

“I retired from over 25 years in the hospitality industry. The property is obviously older. However, for a non- branded property, it was refurbished inside and out very well. It was comfortable, all ground floor suites and very quiet. It made for a great weekend. I will be back and recommend it to anyone looking for this type of stay. ”
